I would just like to comment of the awful and un-professional service we have had at the Ajman Bank. We sold our car and the person we sold it to took a loan from the Ajman Bank. We were issued an LPO and said we would get our cheque within two days. We handed over the car and it has now been two weeks and we have not yet received our cheque! Every time we call to inquire we are told there is some problem and no one can tell us when this will be resolved and we can get our cheque.
They are an unreliable bank !
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have received an SMS ([protected] )that my account is opened with Ajman Bank but I have never applied with Ajman Bank.
Please check as it could be a fraud activity.
Pathetic customer service for not responding for customer issues, my emi was deducted twice for which Iam getting a fake promise that it will be credited within 2 days, I have been following since 8days and agents are repeating the same story and not crediting the promised amount
I have changed my mobile number and new mobile number i have already submitted to the bank all formality done but still i al not getting message alerts.what should i do?i am facing problem please help i am not getting any alerts, wherever i swipe my card i don't get message i am really facing problem

they block my account and when i update my documents with them they said it will take 48 hours and your account will be open but now its more then 5 days its still blocked ...i vist the khalifa branch and they said we cant tell u excat time wen it will be open maybe 10 days more
Please am also facing the same problem uptil now my account is still block since 8 days I submitted my I'd and passport...but please have they unblock ur account now?

I will not recommend anyone to choose this bank.
My bank account is blocked it's been one month I am going to bank Khalifa branch than the main branch ajman every week on my day off but the staff is not helping.they are son Aggressive i don't know why and freely exhausted. Tomorrow I will close my bank account and take my cash back. Really disappointed.
i think the best thing Is to close my account and collect my money and can go to fab and open another account their service is smooth account update doesn't take time ,u can even do it in your app,on Thursday I will go and close my own account
I made a complained regarding my account that was hacked since June 27, 2023 and till now im not getting any update for my complain and they keep adjusting the date when it will be resolved. The Ajman bank is worst bank at all and its not safe for any transaction and saving account. Their customer care are no use at all.
