So, I thought I'd give Customlanyard.net a try, and let me tell you, it left a lot to be desired. I spent over 50 bucks on a single custom lanyard for my hospital, and let's just say it wasn't worth the price. The overall quality of the product was appalling. It looked like someone who wasn't completely sober sewed it together - yikes!
The stitching on the lanyard was poor and the seams weren't straight. To be honest, it's just embarrassing to wear. The left and right sides of the lanyard weren't even in length where it wrapped around my neck. Clearly, Customlanyard.net needs to work on their quality control.
My advice? Save your money and go somewhere else. You truly don't need this kind of disappointment in your life.

I purchased a lanyard from Customlanyard.net for my son's Christmas present. I was excited to receive my order and was told that it would arrive by December 21st, 2020. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed and I didn't receive the item until December 26th, 2020.
When I received the lanyard, it wasn't what I expected and didn't seem to be worth the $8.00 I paid for it. I called the customer service line and was told that they no longer offer lanyards for $8.00 and that I would receive a refund for my order.
However, it's January 2nd, 2021 and I still haven't received my refund. I called the company again, and they told me that I would receive my refund in two days. It's frustrating that my son didn't receive his gift, and I'm still waiting for my refund.
In my opinion, Customlanyard.net has terrible customer service and I would give them a negative five star rating if I could. They don't deserve even one star, but I was forced to choose that option. I won't be doing business with them again.

I had a pretty bad experience with customlanyard.net when I ordered 500 tote bags back in March. Our company logo was printed on each bag, but the print came out smudged and some parts of the logo were completely missing. It looked really unprofessional and made me pretty upset. I reached out to customer service and they asked for pictures as proof, which I sent right away. It took them forever to get back to me, and when I called to follow up they just told me they needed more pictures. I was so frustrated and told them I refuse to send more pictures and just wanted my bags ASAP!
It's already the first week of May and I still haven't received any updates, so I had to call them again. It took me 25 minutes just to talk to a human being, and it turns out that my bags are still in production. I can't believe it's taking them this long to fix the mistake they made! And on top of that, they told me I need to approve a pre-production sample via email before they can send them to me. This whole process is dragging on and I'm so disappointed.
I really hope they can fix the issue soon and get my bags to me as soon as possible. I gotta tell you something about my experience with Customlanyard.net. I made an order last month on 4-11-19, it was around 4:30pm when I did it. Everything was good and I approved the design to be delivered to me on 5-1-19. However, just hours later, my committee, for whom I ordered the lanyards, changed their minds and wanted me to cancel the order. So, as soon as I woke up the next day, at 8:20AM, I called Customlanyard.net customer service to see if I could cancel my order; I mean, it was almost three weeks before they were supposed to send it to me. But guess what? They told me that my order was "In production". I tried to reason with the person on the phone, but they couldn't do anything to help and ended up charging me 1/2 price ($64). Seriously, I cancelled my order and got charged for nothing. It's just too much, you know? I get that a small fee might be reasonable, but half the price? That's just not okay. Especially when I don't believe the product was being lost on their end because they won't even send it to me until 5-1-19. I'm very disappointed and I want everyone to be aware of Customlanyard.net. So, if I were you, I'd be very careful before placing an order with them.

I have been working in marketing for 17 years, so I know how important it is to get things done in a timely and organized manner. I placed an order on Customlanyard.net and selected an option for delivery that showed a delivery date one week before I needed the products for the event. However, four days before the selected date, I got an email from them stating the lanyards were delayed and wouldn't be ready for another month.
I was so frustrated, as I needed the products urgently for the event, so I contacted their customer service team to cancel the order. However, they refused to cancel and charged me 70% of the original invoice, as they claimed it was "already in production." They would not work with me at all even though it was their fault. We tried to dispute the charge with our credit card company multiple times, but they would fight it every time.
We ended up continuing with the order since we weren't going to pay almost $2,000 for no product. But we had to incur additional costs since the shipping address had to be changed. They charged us $35 just to change the address. And, they charged us AGAIN when we finally decided to continue with the order. It took 3 weeks just to get them to submit the refund.
Overall, my experience with Customlanyard.net was extremely terrible, to say the least. I will never work with them again, and neither should you. Be careful when dealing with them. Just don't make the mistake I did. By the way, Customlanyard.net is the same company as customlanyards.com and 24hourwristbands.com. So, beware of these names if you want to avoid a similar nightmare.

I was really disappointed with Customlanyard.net. If it was up to me, I would give them a big zero because of the problems I encountered with them. To be honest, they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The whole process started by completing the online order form, but I wanted to confirm the size of the badge I wanted, so I decided to call their 800 number. The sales associate offered to take my order over the phone to make sure that I got the right badge size. Unfortunately, ordering by phone increased the cost by $75, which was not what I expected, but I agreed to it anyway just to get started.
However, I was shocked when a representative called me back to tell me that the quote was wrong, and I owed them another $200. The way he spoke to me was aggressive and disrespectful. He even argued with me about what I had ordered and talked over me, which made me so frustrated that I decided to cancel my order and get a refund for what I had already paid.
The rep then put me on hold for what felt like forever. Finally, he came back and told me that his supervisor agreed to let us have our order at the discounted price they had quoted earlier. Honestly, it felt like they were doing me a big favor, but I just wanted to get my order done as I had a deadline.
Unfortunately, when the order arrived, one of the items they sent was incorrect, and this affected an event I had planned. I tried to contact them through various channels like calls and emails, but they completely ignored me. Finally, he told me that I had to file an online claim, which also went unreplied. Frustrated, I had to involve my bank to dispute the charge and only then did they contact me to "resolve amicably."
In conclusion, Customlanyard.net had terrible customer service, charged me more than they initially quoted, and sent the wrong items without any accountability. Their reps were aggressive and talked over me, which made me feel disrespected. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
