On friday the 13th, I received a call from dailypay informing me that someone was trying to change my password and that I should follow the instructions if it wasn't me. I followed the steps, and when I checked my account, I saw that someone had hacked my account and withdrew the money I had accumulated up until that point. I immediately called the company to report the fraudulent activity, and they told me they would contact me. I waited until monday, but no one has reached out to me. I have called every day since then, and they always tell me the same thing, that my case is under investigation, but they don't give me any answers about my money. They gave me the security department's number, but no one answers. I've left messages, and no one responds. A bank would at least give you provisional credit, but they are making me nervous because it's my money.
