I booked Bus ticket through Mobikwik app on 1.6.2017 from madurai to bangalore for june4 2017. The bus ticket fare is Rs.973 i paid that amount through the HDFC DEBIT CARD, and again it was asked for amount Rs.720 that second amount also deducted from my bank account. I raised complaint through the HDFC CUSTOMER CARE.

I wish to draw your kind attention that some member of mobikwik POS, New delhi have fraudulently debited my S/B Account on 19.05.2015 at about 5.30 P. M by hacking internet Banking. It is their Practice to deceive the common people as I have been heard from other sources soon after the incident occurred.
The incident was as such:-
On 19.05.2015 some miscreant staff member of Mobikwik, POS, New delhi named Vijay Verma, Mobile No-+[protected](as Said)called me on my cell phone asking renwal of my ATM card registration as it has got expired. Surprisingly he read out all 19 Digit of my SBI ATM card and the date of issuance of my ATM Card. While I counter acted that “how could you got my ATM Card No and the No of my cell phone?” He replied that “I am an outsourcing staff of SBI, Hydrabad engaged in this job”. He said “you are find the message in your mobile to the effect”. I denied that and said
“I have not received any such message in my message in my message inbox. He impressed me and saying “your message in box have been fully covered, please delete some message, then you will find the message”. While deleting few message I came to know that my S/B A/c have been defrauded to the tune of Rs. 35000/-(Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only)Approx, by the staff member of mobikwik POS, New Delhi. When I called him back, I found the mobile switched off of the miscreant staff member.
Sir, Mobikwik POS acknowledged the fraud and identified their staff member. They assured me to refund money vide their email dt. 01.06.201 as “refund will reflect to your account within 7/21 days, have patience” etc.
I am astonished that, how could they allow the access of an ATM card without having the Pin no, Password and without the presence of the original card holder. On the other hand the miscreant advised me not to share the password with anybody.
Sir, soaring upon god, I would like to assure you that I have never disclosed or shared with any body the details of my ATM Card or cell phone nos, nor I ever used their services. They have done all the mal Practices by Hacking Internet Banking.
Out of the defrauded amount, they have refunded only Rs. 15000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only)Approx., but the rest amount of Rs. 20000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only)Approx have not yet received by me, which have been defrauded by the Staff member of Mobikwik, New Delhi, are still outstanding.
Sir, Considering the urge of a senior citizen, I would like to request your benign-self to be kind enough to intervene into the matter so that I can get back my defrauded money.

People, stay away from the company www.mobikwik.com. I decided to transfer money through the website. It was waste of money and time. These jerks took my money and haven’t transferred it. I already called them and asked to return my money back, but they promised that within 2 days money would be on my account. It was lie. Stay away from them.
