Damelin assistance
I have been requesting an Accounting assignment that I handed in since April this year. The assignment was handed in last year. I do not agree with the results of the assignment and would like to review the marked assignment. I have requested for the assignment numerous times without any success. I even requested after not getting any feedback that the original assignment be marked again. I do not receive feedback from Damelin Correspondence College.
I do not have access to the student portal, I therefore have no access to any information and is doing everything on my own, I have also requested numerous times for the past 12 months for assistance regarding my problem with the access to the student portal, this has also not been resolved.
I have received my June exam results and am not satisfied with my accounting and finance results, the result sheet shows to fields for the subject and only one score, I requested guidance on how to query the exam paper or have it remarked again without any success.
I have also requested numerous times that I be referred to a senior person without any success.
It feels like Damelin Correspondence College does not respect my rights as a student. It is impossible to search for a marked assi

Damelin DSBI
I received my study material more than a month ago and have liaised continually with Kavinthrean Govender. He continually says he will confirm with Nokuthula to get a rollout plan, but never comes back with anything substantial.
When awaiting my study material, Kavinthrean continually said he will follow up to which it was a dismal failure. I then contacted the courier company myself and arranged delivery of my study material.
This is not professional service offered by Damelin whatsoever.

Good day, since last November2020 Ive been sending emails requesting for a reissue of my certificate.My emails were read and i got more info on courses offered&got redirected to another department, asked to give more info then told to call but never assisted. Damelin Menlyn Service delivery and support
I resisted as a full time student after being a part time student at Damelin. I have been emailing the full time coordinator for 3 months that i need to be added to the communication feed and that I need my online classes timetable with no response. I also included in my email that I'm struggling with technical difficulties with my online classes with no response. I asked to be in contact with my lecturers, but once again no response. I email the head of academics to help me, she simply said to email the person that has no been responding for 3 months. Damelin in simply not even giving me the basics when it comes to service delivery.

N4 childhood development. Overdue return of marked assignments-poor email response
* In October 2020 we submitted our first review to "Hello Peter" advising of the deplorable Student Service. This resulted in a phone call from the Student Service Team Leader who promised total assistance. Regretably this has not resolved our problem.
* Our first 3 (three) Assignments submitted for marking were finally received 113 to 182 days after DUE date and many emails, some unanswered
* We currently have 6 (six) Assignments submitted for marking which are now 36 to 75 days overdue. The DUE date allows for 45 days after mailing date.
* We have unanswered mail addressed to the Assignment Dept. requesting advice on the anticipated return after marking.
* We are unable to gain access to the Student Portal!
* These delays affect the application for the final examination.!
* We will NEVER recommend Damelin Correspondence to any aspiring Student

I applied to do a course with Damelin in March of this year (ICB Bookkeeping).
On the 23rd of March, I paid the fees in full for the whole course (R13530.00)
To this day I have not received books to start studying.
I have called and emailed numerous times only to be told to call/mail a few days/a week later. Nobody has been able to assist me with regards to this and it is now over 4 months. I then sent through all the requested documents to the cancellation department in order to get a refund as I am very disappointed in the service I have received.
I am still waiting for feedback from the cancellation department as I need to get a refund before I can start studying at another institution.

I was a student at Dameline at the cape Town city campus doing cert I. MARKETING NQF LVL4, I paid R26, 000 towards my studies.
Upon registration I was promised a tablet, headsets and school bag, of which they never gave me.
Submitted all my POE, but to date, two years later I still do not have any updates about my qualifications.
I sent mails to their management and never received any response.
I would like to be refunded all monies paid by myself as they have bridged their contract with me
I demand a full refund and my name be cleared with their coll law firm.

I enrolled in 2018 to do subjects and due to complications i could not do my subjects yet but I have paid everything. I contacted DCC and Tanya Haripersad was suppose to help me resolve the issue. She said my contract was over in 2018 and I only enrolled in 2018. When I asked for my contract I was sent the contract of someone else including, banking details, senior certification and a copy of the person's ID. We know that this is a real big issue especially with the POPI act of South Africa. All I want is to be assisted with professionalism and get done with my subjects or be refunded. I completed my course in 2019 and till this day i'm still waiting for my qualification.
I registered with Dameline in 2019, I was due to write my last assessment in November 2019 and at the time I was still owing an amount of R15220.58, the lady then advised that I won't be able to write the last assessment as I'm owing. I then paid up my fees in full on the 20th November 2019 and wrote the assessment. After that Covid came and I understood that everything was on hold but I have been sending emails asking for feedback and only received a response on the 26 October 2020 which I was advised that damelin needs to submit all documentation to the Verifier and I will receive feedback. On the 8 December 2020 I received and email stating that the verification was completed and that they will upload my concessions and have it QA'd then I will then become achieved and will be issued with an INSETA SOR. Till this day I have not received anything and my credits are not loaded which is holding up my growth...

6 months ago I was fighting for 2020 exam results (which were eventually released to me after I contacted the Dept of Higher Education), now I am fighting for assignment results which were submitted in February 2021 already. How you can take 5 months to mark an assignment is beyond me.
Nobody is student services ever bothers to reply to emails. Not even one. When I call in daily I am told the same pathetic line over and over: "your results are not available yet, I will follow up with the assignment department department and provide you with feedback". I will be old and grey one day still waiting for feedback.
Eventually, I contacted the COO of Educor who at least replies to my emails but just says the same thing that I hear over the phone. How is a COO of such a large institution satisfied with such poor student services.
On the 25th June 2021 I arrived at my exam center to write my final exam. There was no question paper available for myself nor any of my classmates. We had for TWO HOURS for them to locate the question papers, and then proceed to sit and write a 3 hour paper. No apology or explanation has been offered. 17 different question papers just missing!
I have been in touch with the Department again this morning, as well as the Educor Management Group. I urge you to reach out to me and let's take them on together!
