Very disappointed
Very disappointed
Very disappointed, I wonder now if the domains they try to sell are Fake or not.
I bought a domain on their website but a week later, nothing happened. I requested to be reimbursed but they keep saying the domain has been blocked by the registrar which does not make sense.
The only reply from their support is: Be patient, you must WAIT and WAIT

They didn't give auth code to buyer; they cancelled/backed out of a sale!
An authorization code they wanted from me and that was given by me to them. I got it to them in a timely manner. Yet after auth code given apparently error by buyer to transfer out as they claim. If the case ought to have contacted the registry (ICANN) or the registrar (Epik) to see why not going through. Dan didn't so as to even the slightest bit try. Sheer laziness and incompetency by part of their transfer specialists, namely Carla Lee. Above all the fact of the matter is DAN.com cancelled my transaction, thereby backed out of an agreement. Which in doing so cost me a sale, 99$ profit. Even though they solely at fault and cost me dearly, then the audacity by this Carla Lee person to now say: "removed your profile from our platform". To all domain investors using Dan, be leery on who you do business with. Dan could do this to you too.
Recommendation: Be leery. Avoid otherwise risk losing your account there with them.

Dan.com Review: A Transparent and Secure Platform for Buying and Selling Domain Names
stars. Dan.com is the place to go if you want to buy or sell domain names. It's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The prices are fair and reasonable, and you can negotiate with the seller if you want to.

Unwanted Domain Solicitation and Disrespectful Customer Service: My Experience with Dan.com
Dan.com is a website that sells domains. They keep sending me emails asking me to buy a domain, even though I've told them many times that I'm not interested. I've asked them to stop, but they keep contacting me through Google My Business as if they're a customer. It's really annoying. They're trying to sell me a domain that I haven't asked for. I don't like it when companies don't listen to their customers.
I decided to leave a negative review of Dan.com on Trustpilot. But somehow, they got it taken down. I don't know how they did it, but it's not fair. I think it's important for people to know about my experience with this company. They're not very respectful of their customers' wishes.
Overall, I think Dan.com is a trash company. They don't listen to their customers and they try to sell things that people don't want. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Beware of Dan.com: A Review on Domain Name Purchasing and Cyber Squatting
Dan.com is a website that allows you to purchase domain names and then sell them back to them for a high price. This can be frustrating for people who have worked hard to get a trademark and have spent a lot of money doing so. It seems like these people are just trying to take advantage of others. Additionally, there are cyber squatters who are waiting to purchase your domain after you start your trademark application. This is not fair and it is not right.
It would be much better if there was a website that could actually help people. We need more websites that are focused on helping people and making the world a better place. Unfortunately, there are too many people out there who are just trying to make a quick buck and take advantage of others.
Please do not support these criminals. Instead, look for websites that are focused on helping people and making the world a better place. We need to work together to create a better future for everyone.
Dan.com: A Legit Platform for Smooth Domain Transactions
for the smooth transaction and for being a legit platform. I'll definitely be back for more.
Dan.com is a legit platform that has gained credibility among its users. People are often skeptical when it comes to buying on new platforms, and I was no exception. I did a Google search to see if Dan.com was legit and found positive results. However, I was still hesitant to make a purchase.
In the end, I decided to take a chance and buy a domain on Dan.com. I was pleasantly surprised when the domain was transferred to my account within 24 hours. The transaction was smooth and hassle-free.
Dan.com is a fantastic platform, but it could benefit from improving its image and visibility. It's not as well-known as some other platforms, which can make people hesitant to use it. However, I can attest to the fact that it is a legitimate platform that delivers on its promises.
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience on Dan.com and will definitely be back for more. If you're looking for a reliable platform to buy and sell domains, I highly recommend giving Dan.com a try.
Nightmare Experience Selling Domains on Dan.com: A Warning to Others
I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy with Dan.com. I put up a whole bunch of domains, all of 'em worth six figures, mind you, and I didn't get a single offer for three whole years! Can you believe that? And the only sales I did make were when I found the buyer myself. Selling through Dan.com is a real nightmare, let me tell ya. They'll lie and cheat ya every chance they get. I swear, I think the whole thing's run by a bunch of Nazis or somethin'. I got emails to prove it, too. If ya don't believe me, just ask and I'll show ya. But seriously, do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. It'll save ya a whole lotta money and heartache. Trust me on this one, folks. Howard out.
Shady and Lazy: My Experience with Dan.com
These guys at Dan.com are something else, let me tell you. Lazy, incompetent, and downright draconian in their business dealings. We decided to purchase a domain from them and elected to pay in installments, which is pretty common these days. We assumed it was on auto-pilot, like most things are these days. But boy, were we wrong.
We switched banks and our credit card info changed, like it does for everyone. But did Dan.com chase us down to update the info? Nope. Not a peep. Instead, they just shut down our website. And get this, it shut down ALL of our business emails too. Can you believe it? And they did it all within 10 days of a missed payment. No warning, no heads up, nothing.
Now, I've dealt with a lot of vendors in my time, and let me tell you, every other one of them chased us down to update our payment info. But not Dan.com. They just shut us down without a second thought. And when we finally realized what was happening and updated our payment info, we expected immediate reinstatement. But nope. Their team was "gone for the day" (at 9 AM PST, mind you), so it took a whole 24 hours to get our email back up and running.
Let me tell you, it's just not worth the business risk to transact with these guys. They're shady and lazy, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. In fact, they're the shadiest and laziest business operation I've ever worked with.
Disappointing Experience with Dan.com: Poor Support and Escrow Service
So, I wanted to buy a domain from Dan.com on a Friday morning PT. I sent them an email and submitted a screenshot of my wire transactions on their platform. I even called their support team to make sure everything was going smoothly. But, the team member told me that their payments team was in Europe and was unable to verify the transaction until Monday.
I was really excited to get my hands on that domain, so I woke up at 5am on Monday to call them during both US and Europe hours. But, to my dismay, I found out that the domain had already expired. However, it was still listed on their marketplace. They sent me a list of transfer instructions, but it didn't include transferring to my registrar. Instead, it involved creating a new registrar account.
I messaged them and called them to inquire if they could send it to my registrar during business hours in both the United States and Europe. But, they told me that they couldn't connect me to a transfer team member by phone or live chat.
To be honest, it was really frustrating. I couldn't speak with any actually useful member of their team by live chat or phone. Their escrow service was horrible, and their support was terrible. Plus, their fees were really high.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Dan.com to anyone looking to buy a domain. It's just not worth the hassle.

Dan.com Review: A Hassle to Buy a Domain, Avoid at All Costs
So, I was trying to buy a domain from Dan.com and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. They sold me the domain and then sent me to a website to unlock it. But when I couldn't figure out how to do it, they just left me hanging. They told me to wait 60 days, but who has time for that? And the worst part is, they took my money and didn't even try to help me out. I would definitely recommend avoiding them at all costs. It's just not worth the headache.
Warning: Dan.com is a spamming nightmare - stay away!
So, I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at Dan.com. I told them to stop emailing me and to take me off their list, but they just keep sending me spam about domains that they shouldn't even be messing with. It's like they don't even care about my privacy or my wishes. Honestly, they're the worst kind of spammers and scammers out there. I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole if I were you. Stay far, far away.
