David Lloyd Leisure review: Complaining procedure

I made complain about incident at david lloyd club but they didnt even reply to my complain!

i parked my car to go for work out and one of memebr attack me saying why i have parked in disable bay with abusive and racist launguage. This was not true as my car was parked in mother and child bay as my wife and my ltiile one were joining me later!

he was so aggresive and threaten to smash my face in way that i need to go to dentist! he used "f* paki" and showed me his gym back with some sort of gloved/brass knuckles and coming to my face. Later he threaten me that he is solicitor and can cuase me problem! i never seen a solicitor who wants to attack people and been using racist language. If he is telling the truce he needed to get reported to law society for his miscoduct, which i follow up with police later stage.

I took my camera out and started to film him then he threaten me that he is solicitor and i dont have consent to film him! then he and lauren the receptionis were laughing together as seems they knew each other! i found the receptionis beahviour very irritating and bias, you can check the cctv as if she doent care about anything! the manager susan power intervine and act more proffetional.

She did inform me that you pass the details to police when they make enguary.

In addition, mrs susan power also need some traning as i deserve that been threaten and bring this to myself!

i explained to her that its true my kids and wife who are all memebr were not with me at the time but it is 6:30 am and no child coming to gym at this time! moreover my family were joiming me later but ligually there difefrence between blue disable bay and mother and child bay. I have check this withh police isn’t illegal to park in a parent and child bay and police website suggest to report car or person to shop/gym manager rather attacking them! i try to exaplined to mrs power that no one deserve that their faces should be smashed beacuse car park disbute!

this meber should be investigated and cctv should be rewied and get pass to police, in addition this type of memebr needed to be expell from the club!
