On the 16/12/21 I ordered pizza online at debonairs maponya at 6:30pm, an hour later I tried to call the store to find out how far my pizza was, to cut the story short, driver called me at 9:45pm telling me he's outside, but I had already left the house to try find another alternative.
Following day the store called me at 13:51 do deliver the pizza on that day because apparently that's what I told the driver. But because I didn't want to be fussy about the whole situation, we then rearranged the delivery we changed the delivery address and I asked them to deliver at 4:30pm
5pm I arrive at home, pizza hasn't arrived. 17:15 I called the call center, the agent took my detail said she'll call be back with an update. 17:45, I called again, the next agent did the same thing.
While calling the call center I was also trying call the store, of which they didn't pick up.
At 18:08 I finally got hold of the manager on the phone but we were cut off by network... Bearing in mind that I've been using my airtime to call. During the calls I made it clear that I don't want the pizza anymore.
18:57 the driver calls me to confirm delivery address! I then told him I had canceled the order and to tell the manager to call me.
Till now my query hasn't been resolved.
I know my rights as a consumer /customer and I know which channels to follow to logde my complain. It's 39 hours since I've placed my order and nothing is being done.

I ordered a meals online on Wednesday the 15 Dec 2021 and confirmed by 18h24. it only arrived at my place after 20h00 cold and hard as a rock. i raised complain with supplier debonair primrose with no response to date. Tv ad on sabc 2
The tv ad screened on sabc 2 at approximately 9 40pm seems to be very disappointing and disturbing, there seems to be no diversity in this ad, why is it ? We live in a diverse society, were all race groups form part of South Africa, shudnt these ads reflect this? Are your customers not from all race groups? Every race group purchases pizza so why is it not shown in your tv ads.

Yesterday 04/12/2021 I bought a pizza from Debonairs Sasolburg John Vorster Street and it was terrible,
The pizza took long about 2 hours to get ready and was definitely not worth the wait,
Im never gona come back to debonairs Sasolburg the Debonairs pizza I normally buy in Durban Galleria is worth value for money but not this one,
Maybe their cooks need training cause their pizza is terrible.
I dont recommend debonairs Sasolburg to anyone.

Firstly the condition the pizza was in was disgusting and horrible secondly the pizza was raw thirdly the store failed to read the instructions that the pizza must be half meaty half chicken I'm [censored]en disappointed and I want my money back this is not the first time this issue has happened with this store I want this issue resolved and attended too immediately. I placed an order on the 25th November at 19:17, I did not recieve my order I called Debonairs calton Centre and the lady said I had to recieve my order at 20:00 on the 25th, she said the driver went out he will call, I called back at 21:00 same night, 1st call was dropped, second call lady was busy with her own stuff I could tell, 3rd call was transfered lady spoke to me and other people and she dropped, 4th call lady picked up I asked to speak to a Manager, manager was Called to the phone and it's the same lady who spoke to people on the 3rd call and denied I was speaking to her, I could tell by her voice it's her and she also confirmed when she said transfered calls are answered by her, now cause I complain about the call that was dropped she denied it was her, up until now I haven't Recieved my order, so I suppose no one is double checking if all orders went out, no one is getting back to the customers and apologise for any inconvenience caused, so it's all about the money no customer satisfaction, which means the whole service it's poor and bad, I can't place and order on the 25th and up until now I haven't received it and no one is communicating, they said it went out when I called at 21:00on the 25th it's now the 28th still nothing

Delivery service took about 2 hours to come and a delivery guy pitched up with my order slip with no pizza
Ordered a pizza special at 17:02 online at the eerste river store for delivery 5 minutes drive away.
17:25 the delivery guy hooted and ha had my order slip with no pizza. He told me the store made a mistake and a other driver in the area will drop my order.
At 17:23 I contacted the store to find out whats happening and the told me they will find out and call me back asap.
It is now 18:45 and no call back or pizza delivery...
Tried calling the store again but they closed at 18:30 and no answer

How can i get the delivery 2hours later from the time i have made an order, the store/restaurant doesn't even bother to update you what is happening in order for you to be aware of everything….. Its Debonairs at Engen in Mthatha its not the first time encounting the problem but this time it goes too far very too far, am very hungry and I haven't not prepared anything to eat because I believe the order will be delivered ASAP even the app they said that the drive is available

This is my second complaint no response 1 was on your customer care complaint form site.i am Digsuted at the service at musgrave center and the poor quality of pizza.i orderd a triple decker creamy chicken on Saturday it was dry and some slices had no chicken beside mushrooms and onions went back to the branch only to receive such pathetic service from the manager who didnt even want to listen but insist to play the recording of the order which is irrelevant because the order was correct I was not happy with the quality of the pizza.To make it worst the manager still opens the slices and says there is chicken in it which is wat 2 pieces and I still took picture of the pizza I received and I was given back the same pizza with added chicken.i am disgusted by the service and quality and now understand why customers have expose debonairs on Facebook so much but nothing's seems to change yourl standards have dropped badly and lost so many loyal customers.

Just received an order I've made earlier on of garlic meat supreme which had a dead fly inside it and it was burnt plus horrible. I'm really disappointed and disgusted as well about the poor service and lack of hygiene I've received. If it wasn't for the store closed now i would definetely return.

I place my order on the app for the pizza to be delivered to me and its gave me an options of branch that can deliver to me of which i did choose only to find out the Jabulani mall branch they can't deliver at protea glen and i already paid. Late delivery, cold pizza
I hereby write this formal complaint regarding an absurd, most ridiculous terrible customer service today when I made an online purchase today. I place my order at 09:20 am only for the driver to deliver at 11:25 am. I called the store several times trying to understand what was the delay and sadly no one was answering the phone. I made contact with the customer care 3 times and even them could not reach the store. At 10:30 the store calls me and says they have no drivers available to deliver, how did they even accept my order knowing that they had no drivers on duty. The worst part is that when my order got delivered the driver lied to me and said they were in a meeting to top it all up my pizza was not even hot it was semi warm and it was stuck on the box. The pizza was not properly made
The pizza had pinches of cheese, literally nothing, the base tasted stale and there were no fillings even though I had bought bacon barbecue flavor. In my years of buying your pizza this was very disappointing, I could not even eat it.
Refund of failed order, deboanairs scottsville in Pietermaritzburg, kwazulu natal.
I place an order with debonairs scottsville in Pietermaritzburg on the 15th of August. My order was cancelled after payment was made. I received message that my refund will be processed, instead on the 18th of August payment was released from reserved which reflects as payment on my side.
I have been making a follow up on app regarding this refund. And instead am told my payments was reversed. That reversal is not showing on my debits as per the my bank statement nor do i have a sms of such notification.
I have asked to be sent something that wi reflect such a reversal on debonairs side. Its now after a week with no proof or refund of the amount..

I ordered a triple decker flavored chicken yesterday but instead I received the beef flavored pizza. The surface of the pizza was smaller than the rest of the pizza. I'm not happy with the service I got yesterday and I didn't even finish it.
