Debonairs Pizza No delivery on two occasions

I regularly order from debonairs by calling the number which is [protected] on both occasions I received this message Hi Joddy, we've received your order for delivery from Debonairs Pizza Tokai :) Review your order at http://yum.bi/BeLbCBjiws and no order arrived I even went a step further to registering myself on the debonairs app to see how far my orders are as I received none on both occasions
I received no notification stating as to why I did not receive my orders I called in as well on the 21st and the 23rd of July which was when I had not received the above mentioned just to be advised that my order left but I received nothing! I have a daughter and im pregnant waiting on food with no response as to why I have not received anything, kindly look into this as I await a response

Desired outcome: Compensation or some sort of compensation for poor service

Debonairs Pizza Bad taste

I am very, very angry and disappointed at the 2pizza I bought yesterday in Belhar very dry no sauce inside I could only taste sweetchilli that was very sweeter than usual very dry, burnt not long ago I complained on you're about the wings that were boiled and dipped into sauce from same debonair I couldn't even finish it the cheese in top looked like a yellow candle that was dry didn't melt even when warming it I will attach the POCs I'm very disappointed at your service, if you buy during the month everything is perfect come big pay days they rob you I will also attach the proof of online order year (I complained on FB the store manager called me and told nothing she can do because I there away the pizza and left 2slices was supposed to leave 3slices and I asked her how was I supposed to know I leave far from where I bought no way that I'm going there how long was going to keep filthy pizza in my fridge nothing was done

Desired outcome: I need my refund or they need to deliver the kind of oozza that im used to

Debonairs Pizza Service

Sunday the 5th we places an order online at 16:20 and no order was delivered. We then went to croydon and asked fpe the manager Loyiso and he gave attitude explaining that he don't care about whats happening and that there is a new driver and the driver just left 10mins ago that was at 17:40 we went to the store and the manager said we must wait and he will make the order again. I stated that we going to contact headoffice and he said he will sort it out. He then took his mask ofg to explain himself with a attitude and no apologies were made. I then went to steers so long cause my kids were hungry and we had to leave them at hime due to not getting how food a hour later and they sick and my mother us sick I had to get into my car and drive all the way down there. Spoke to the manager he asked me why am I so defensive. How can he question me if they in the wrong. He said his going to compensate us. While I was at steers the counter guy brought the pizza to me. I said thanks asked for the compensation he said I must speak to the manager. I went to the manager Loyisa and he asked me what must he do. What do I want as compensation with he crap attitude claiming im looking for free stuff. Right enough that they in the wrong but the way he treated us was like dogs and like dirty people. Im disgusted. He looked and laughed and turned to the fridge grabbed a liter coke and place it hard on the table. I said thank you and greeted everyone there working he then walked away and I asked no apologies from your side he cleaned his teeth and walked to the office. I stood there and asked his name he refused to come out of the office and one of the ladies had to go and ask his name. When we were still standing there the driver then only got back and we got a call from my mother saying they only arrived there a hour and a half later. We got a Mexican fiesta pizza and there was no sauce on and a half and half triple deck there was no creamy sauce and three four pieces of steak. The worst experience of my life with debonairs Croydon. The manager has no peoples skills and disrespectful then we get home and dissapointed with our order.

Tried calling the call center spoke to four agents and all put the phone off in my ears. Busi. loheso. And vusi all just said ill tranfer you to the store and just hanged up. Poor service I habe experienced today.

Debonairs Pizza No Spring onion

Your Riversquare branch decided that it is a waste of money to buy spring onion or putting it on pizzas anymore, without informing the customers.

I always buy the original veggie because of all the ingredients, but today I was disappointed because it didn't taste like it always does.

When i called the branch and query my order, the manager told me that they don't buy it any more because they are wasting money! I understand not everybody eats onions, but just inform your customers and change your ingredients on the menu.

Debonairs Pizza Service

My name is Sthembile I bought a small triple deck that is on promotion R65 it came with predato a cashier said to me they don't have the predato I ask if is there anything she can substitute with but she says no n call his manager that manager gave me an attitude says if there is no predato nothing they can do is out of stock. I was not pleased with his service.

Debonairs Pizza order not delivered and refund not processed

I made an online order on the 27/08/2021 with my Johannesburg cbd address for delivery, after waiting for more than an hour for my delivery suddenly the driver calls me to tell me that he doesn't deliver in the CBD but I asked him why did they accept my order as I stated my address then he hung up.
Saturday morning 28/08/2021 I called ********** and spoke to Blessing who said he'll speak to the branch manager at Columbine square and will call me back after an hour which he didn't call me back and I made another call on the same day and spoke again with Blessing who said he'll call me back after he spoke to the manager and he never call me back.

today 30/08/2021 I called at 10:00 spoke again to Blessing who said he still didn't get hold of the manager as she's the one who supposed to do my refund and he'll get someone to call me back within an hour.

no one has called me back till to date, Blessing doesn't have customer service because if you promise to call a client back you need to regardless of whether his/her query has been finalized.

I feel that debonairs doesn't respect their customers, all I need is my refund to be processed and will never ever use their service again

I received a burned old pizza, clearly this was an order that was not delivered, this is the 2nd time receiving such quality from spending so much money in pizza

Debonairs Pizza Pizza delivery

Hy, my name is Phumzile. I've ordered pizza yesterday evening on the 2/3/21. In nelspruit crossing. Place the order at 19h30.The Pizza was well delivered, tipped the delivery guy. To my surprise when opening the box. My orders was all over the place, cold, burnt and certain pieces were dry and had shrinked. I immediately took a picture of it. Tried to call the mananger but she was already off and tried to call the store multiple times but with no answer. I'm highly disappointed, didn't even enjoy my order.

Desired outcome: I want /need a new pizza today and the evening (replace) it

Debonairs Pizza Service turnaround time

Hi

Please take this complaint seriously and I'm willing to cooperate to firmly reprimand the debonairs store at lebowakgomo [protected]@lebo.

On average, from the informal research I've conducted, it takes an hr to get your pizza, any type. Italian pizza baked in a traditional oven takes on average 30min. There's no reason for your fast food joint pizza to take double the time.

I ordered "on the triple" and it took exactly 1hr 26min for that. The problem I've noticed is, this store is short staffed. There are four tills in total and only two cashiers work at a time. During peak periods, usually month end, two people just aren't enough. I've seen only two chefs as well and other random people loitering in the store.

This is unexpectable and it's sad because this store has a huge customer base. It's the only debonairs store in lebowakgomo plus it supports about 7 neighboring villages.

Please assist.

Desired outcome: Store to close (because its existence is more frustrating than its non existence)

The reason they are short staffed is because of number of calls and people quit because of customers like you.

Debonairs Pizza My pizza o f which I paid for and they refusing to make it

I am Naledi Gabonewe ([protected]) I bought the pizza on the 26 July 2021 at 17h42 so I couldn't come to collect it because I had an emergency of transport so when I tried to call thm several times they did not answer my calls. The following day I called them to tell them that I couldn't collect my pizza and they said they don't know anything about that I should wait for another shift (27 July 2021) they told me to call on the 29 which I did.. The manager told me "ke jelwe" that they can't do anything about it. I tried to explain to them that I tried to inform that she was hush tell me that they can not do anything about it even if I paid them. I am so unhappy. They are treating us bad and there is nothing written that we can not collect our pizza the following day

Desired outcome: To get my pizza or my refund

Debonairs Pizza I am complaining about my order and delivery

Hi I am fuming right now, this is the worst service that I have ever received! I ordered pizza and it was brought to me with other things missing, I called the store at 18:27 and they promised to deliver it soon and I called again at 18: 59 and someone advised that the store will call me till now no one called me and now when I call the store again they advised that the driver was mugged. Why did they not communicate all this with me all along? Then they tell me that they will bring it tomorrow. All I want is my money back and I will never buy from debonairs again. This is really unacceptable.

Debonairs Pizza Service stinks

Good day, I bought a pizza at your rink street branch in port elizabeth. If you are not familiar with the area of central this is an area where people get robbed in broad daylight and it is known to host drug dealers and funny characters. I entered the premises of debonair pizza and placed my order. Once I paid I was told to wait outside for my order by a very rude lady who said its covid rules. At this point there was no customers inside just me I told her no im a paying customer she then came up to me no social distanced and in my face shouted at me to go out! I mean how rude! On the door it states how many people are allowed inside for covid protocol and there was no one inside. I have never been treated like that before and never shunted outside the way she shunted me outside. I will never support debonairs again

Debonairs Pizza Food delivery

I ordered online from debonairs comaro crossing today the order was placed at 18h30 and arrived 1hr 30min later at 20h00 not only was it late it was also cold and dry the pizza I ordered was the chicken triple decker but it was flat like a normal pizza the bottom part had nothing on it the rest of the pizza was dry and lacked chicken we waited so long to receive left overs of the night we did not enjoy that meal at all I ended up having to make food that time of the night for my kids to eat properly

Debonairs Pizza Pizza

I'm very much disappointed with Debonairs services I've placed an order at 16h07 at Chris Hani mall Vosloorus and I called them at 18h36 to follow up why my order hasn't been delivered they told me all the drivers are out no driver is available but they will make sure it's been delivered as soon as the drivers are available. I waited and waited my order was made online and its been paid for I called the call centre they said they will make a follow up with the store when I call back to the store they hang up its now 20h27 no delivery has been made. 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

I placed an order at 15:59pm on the 26th June 2021 and it's now 20:49 and still no order. I called and I was told at 19:00 that the driver is on his way... This is poor management and service. I very much disappointed about all this.

Debonairs Pizza Ordering pizza at Springs Selcourt

Wooow what a service you guys are providing I call at 5:45 pm for my order and you get some nerves to tell me to come in 20 minutes and guys what then I get to your shop spring sellout am told that they didn't get my order if I still want it I will have to wait for an hour or more to get my food the time I wasted and my airtime doesn't matter please improve your service please and train your stuff to have sympathy they should put them self in my shoes traveling so far and told the system didn't place my order as I am typing am still waiting 🥵
