I have a friend who likes specific types of music. I searched the internet for a couple of months before I found a CD by one of the artists he really likes. I had never seen this CD before, so I purchased it for him on this website and had it shipped to his address.

About three months went by and my friend NEVER received his gift, which was intended to be his Birthday gift, which had already passed, since he never received it.

I contacted the so-called customer service on Deepdiscount.com. who were FAR from friendly. I was told that I would NOT be getting a refund unless they go the CD returned to them in the mail! *I* did not lose this CD, nor did my friend, since neither one of us EVER received it!

I was TOLD I have to wait 90 more days to see if it was returned to them, and IF it was, THEN I would get my refund. (This special CD was NOT cheap)

I waited the extra 90 days, and I heard NOTHING from these people. So I contacted them again. Once again, I got some nasty goddamned attitude from their "customer service" (who would put Nazi's to shame) and told in a very NASTY and VILE tone of voice, that "If we don't get the CD, you don't get a refund" and then I was HUNG UP ON!

They STOLE my money! I doubt very seriously they EVER even shipped anything, much less had it in stock!

THIEVES is what these people are!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ORDERED PRESENTS AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS... NOW I AM BEING TOLD JANUARY 16TH AND THEY WONT REFUND ME UNLESS I GET THE ITEMS THEN SEND THEM BACK AND WAIT MONTHS, ... TELL EVERY ABOUT THIS SCAM

I made an order for 6 movies on 11/27 and still haven't received anything as of 12/21. I was also promised a delivery by Christmas, and after calling on the 21st, a customer service agent didn't seem to care at all about my situation or helping it. After explaining my situation and venting my frustration, she simply hung up on me. Safe to say I won't be getting my order by Christmas. Going to see if I can contact managment and go that route.

If you decide to place an order, put it in a couple of months ahead of when you need it...assuming your order comes at all.

I ordered gift books also with expedited shipping at an additional charge. Books shown as "in stock" when ordered, email confirming my order showed them as "on-order". when I emailed (no phone number provided) for clarification (ie. does that mean "back-ordered?), I received a "we are looking into it" response and told to look on website for status, which is where the issue began. Surely they can access their inventory info and tell if they even have the books!

Absolutely the worst ordered 2 blurays and 1 dvd in late november. One shipped 11/29, one 12/8 and one 12/9 - is 12/31 and I still have none. Customer NON-SUPPORT email only and cannot track. They have DHL Global and then to USPS and Postal Service cannot track DHL tracking number abd DeepDiscount IS NO HELP. STAY AWAY.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks on a damaged dvd set and they keep giving me the run around! I am going to the BBB to file a complaint. The are scam artists when it comes to refunds!

They've ripped me off as well ordered movies and CD's got the movies but not the CD's filed a complaint to which they admitted to their mistake and apologized by never got a refund or credit.
