Artbeads Scammers

Everything is tooooo long. Takes them too long to ship out orders, takes the orders to be delivered. Takes forever to get their replies regarding anything. And they lie about a refund, especially if they never got it back to you. Thanks to their website I understood I wasn't a patient person at all.
Plus their website is poorly designed and you have no idea how to work with it.
I don't know what kind of people made this website and who works for them, but they definitely scammers.

Artbeads I got a package yesterday from you with the bottom cut off and no contents.

I realize you are not to blame and would like to re-place my order if possible but would like you to black out your company name on the envelope. Can you replace my order just as I previously entered it or do I have to do that myself (and be sure you black out your name on the envelope).

I have ordered something as a present from this website and delivery takes way longer than I expected! When I made my order Artbeads rep assured me I'll get my package until Christmas, but Christmas already passed and there is still no sign of my package! What a terrible and unprofessional company, they can't even tell where my order is and when will it arrive. They have the worst and slowest delivery ever, and I hate waiting. I'm very disappointed and will not buy from them again.
