Bought a new camper from Delmarva RV Center, but they ain't keeping me updated on the warranty work. They took my money and now they don't give a hoot about me. Ain't talking to me at all.
I got a camper from Delmarva RV Center Inc
I got a camper from Delmarva RV Center Inc. 2 years ago. But I have had to get it fixed MANY times. The last time it was there for 11 MONTHS! They lost my papers a few times and didn't talk to me very much. When they finally gave it back, stuff was missing and the locks weren't messed with, so somebody used a key. They say they have keys for EVERY compartment, so that's how they did it. They said 30 other people had stuff stolen too, so I have to replace my things even though I locked them up. It's terrible!

They don't deserve even one star, to be honest! I've been living in the camper I bought from Delmarva RV Center for just three weeks, and my husband noticed a problem with the toilet - turns out they sold us a lemon with faulty tanks, and now our whole camper is full of excrement. When I went to complain, the manager acted like he couldn't care less and gave me recommendations that ended up costing us even more money. We've only been living here for three weeks! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. I even asked if we could exchange the damaged camper for a different one, but they wouldn't give me a fair deal. How is this shoddy business still open? Don't waste your time or money here.

I don't appreciate the fact that they don't follow-up or fix problems! I bought a 2015 trailer that they claimed was inspected. Nope! I found out the hard way when I washed the mud off and realized that the tires were dried up. Also, during our very first camping trip, we discovered the toilet had a leak, the water heater had a leak, the antenna was busted, and the water system wasn't connected, leading to leaks from the pump. I emailed my salesperson, who then sent it to the boss, but no response, even after I emailed twice. I had to hassle them for a new temporary tag since I hadn't yet received my tittle, and it took four calls and messages for anyone to bother calling me back. When they finally did, the GM agreed to send it, but I hope it arrives soon and without problems. The whole ordeal cost me over $300. The lesson? Get everything in writing from these guys.

Prices are pretty good, but everything else is a mess. They want you to buy their stuff but don't care when you have problems. I got a camper in May 12, 21. It had some issues when I checked it, but they didn't fix it before selling it to me. I called them after less than two weeks and they told me to bring the camper to them for repair. I had to pay someone else to fix it though because they wouldn't send anyone to my house. The temporary tag for the camper expired on July 10 and I didn't get the new tag until August 11, which was already at the dealer on July 27. It even made the registration late and I could have gotten a ticket. Customer service is really bad, nobody greeted me when I went in today and I had to talk to my salesman to find out where to go. The office was empty and customer service was bad. Good prices but don't expect much help after you buy something here.

Don't go to Delmarva RV Center Inc. for your camping needs. We got a new camper from them and it wasn't worth the "great deal" we got. When we picked up the camper, a young person gave us a "walk thru" that was a joke. We had to prompt them with questions and they didn't even have a list to make sure everything was covered. We had trouble with the freezer door and found out that there was a repair done that damaged the freezer. The sales rep also forgot to give us the keys. The first weekend we used the camper, the front jacks broke, but we managed to get it to the Smyrna store where they told us to drop off the jacks and they'll take care of the repair under warranty. We struggled all weekend trying to figure out the water, too. When we called on Monday, they said they'd take 2 weeks to get us the keys and check if the jacks are covered. The General Manager didn't care and said there's no time to teach us everything. We had to call back multiple times to get the keys and found out the GM lied about the shipping. It took us 3 weeks to find out that warranty didn't cover the jacks because there was no history of problems. We are still without jacks and complaining to the manufacturer. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. How is this company still in business?

I bought a Forest River 34ft camper and did a good walk through. There were some floor and ceiling spots, couch and wall paper peeling, and doors requiring adjustment. I was told these things would be taken care of. After putting it in a campground, discovered that the outdoor refrigerator didn't work. I talked to a person named Adam at the RV sales center. They told me just to load up the refrigerator and bring it back; however, I felt that was too much work. They promised to take care of it, but after two more calls, they didn't fix the issue. I called the salesman, Woody and he got the warranty department to call me back. I showed them pictures of everything that needed fixing. No one answered back. Finally, in March , I was informed they would come to fix the warranty items. They charged me $150 service fee just to drive 20 miles and change out a $35 gasket. That's it. I talked to the manager named Rob and asked them to only replace the refrigerator and he promised to get back to me, but I haven't heard from them. I am unhappy with their service, and I want the refrigerator replaced.

Me and my spouse are not at all happy with Delmarva RV Center Inc. Our 2022 Forest River TracerII camper by Prime Time is leaking water at the slide out and flooding the floor. We tried to get it fixed since we bought it new in August, but 4 months of waiting did not help. They have only looked at it twice and still have no clue what's wrong with it. The slide is out of alignment and the top flange that goes against the seal is bent. We can't even use it, and every time we call or visit they just give us another appointment that is months away. The service manager, Steve, ordered parts 3 times without even seeing the camper. When I got upset, he said it was blade seals and ordered the wrong parts. We waited all day on a Saturday, but the technician felt uncomfortable working on it. They don't give us any priority, and even the appointment we got for January 23 is only for a diagnosis. We will have to wait for more parts and for the repair to be done, which can take another 3 or 4 months. The trailer will be 6 months old by then, and it still leaks. We paid 25,000 dollars in cash for a lemon that they won't fix. We called numerous warranty repair centers of Forest River, but they won't work on it if it wasn't bought there. The company has been nice to us but can't control the RV center. Please help us, it's frustrating to buy a brand new camper and not be able to use it.

There was a soft spot in the bedroom, and our sales guy, ***, told us it was an old "accident". He said there was no new water and we could fix it. When we got it, some lights were out and there was no paperwork or temp tag. Then it rained and water got in the basement storage, softening the floor. We found the problem was 3 leaky doors, not a window. We called back and talked to the Gen. Mgr. ***, who promised new gaskets and the tag. They finally sent the receipt and title, but no tag. They said they'd send it, but two weeks later, still nothing. They also haven't sent the gasket. We talked to a *** who said the tag should have come with it. When we asked for help with the leak, he said we bought it "as is". When we asked for a refund to cover the work we did to fix it, he accused us of "holding him ransom" and refused to pay. We just want good service.
