Happy Daze RV's sell some of the best RVs in the world, like the Grand Design
Happy Daze RV's sell some of the best RVs in the world, like the Grand Design. But their service department ain't top-notch. They ain't callin' back to answer simple questions. I done spoke with two sales reps who promised me the customer service manager would call, but nothin' ever happened. I done contacted the corporate folks at Grand Design, and they tried their best to help me out. I also let 'em know how frustrating it all is, and recommended that they find a new dealership.
My fridgerator broke in October 2022
My fridgerator broke in October 2022. They said I needed a new one coz they don't make the part no more. Checked back in December 2022, but they still ain't ordered the fridgerator, they said they would later. Checked again on 01/11/2023, the fridgerator still ain't been ordered they told me that the "girls put the paperwork in a pile and do nothing". The *** is only 1 1/2 years old and I had to keep on their case to get anything fixed. Service ain't good.

Omg, I had a pretty terrible time with these dudes at Happy Daze, Gilroy. I don't even want them to reply back because they don't deserve my time. Just warning y'all about this messed up company. Not once, not twice but thrice I came with a money order and insurance to buy my rig. Every time I went there, something was wrong. Either the lights didn't work or something else didn't function. Bro, that RV looked new, but it was dirty af. I even told them about my urgency to attend a wedding and some funerals, but they just took their time. Eventually, on the last day, I was waiting for hours while these guys were sipping coffee or something. Then this big dude came in complaining about the same thing - no service. These guys jump up to help that guy but treated me like trash. So I started screaming at them, and this guy with me also felt the same. Then, he asked them to cancel the contract, and they did it without even asking me. Plus, instead of saying sorry, these clowns banned me from their lots! Like seriously? Oh, and the Happy Daze guy even insulted me in an email. He acted like he was doing me a favor. So yeah, I couldn't buy Craftsmen RVs anymore because of them, but I did get a Winnebago from Classic Vans. They were so awesome and helpful. It's a family business, so you should go there instead. And if you're a woman or expect them to fix your RV, Happy Daze is not for you.

I went to Happy Daze RV's and got a Reflection 303RLS 5th wheel on December 29. They helped me out with some DMV paperwork, but when I got my title, my name was spelled wrong. I told the Sales Manager in February and he said he'd fix it. I sent my title to Happy Daze RV's and they said they sent it to DMV. I emailed them every few weeks and they said it was still being worked on. I called the General Sales Manager on May 17th and the next day he emailed me saying that I could go to DMV and get my own title. I told him that they had my title and I can't track it down. I hope a company that works with DMV can help me out with a title.

We've been dealing with Happy Daze RV's for a year now
We've been dealing with Happy Daze RV's for a year now. Bought a new 2020 Solitude last December. Our awning cap came off, rainwater getting in the gears. Garbage can cabinet needed repair, so they ordered the parts for both. We've been waiting 7 months now and made a lot of calls but been treated horribly by service manager. They said the part ordered for the awning was incorrect and had to reorder. They got excuses because of the COVID too. I called again today and the service manager was unfriendly. They said that they're still waiting for the part! When I said that I was going to contact somewhere else, she said the part should be in soon but couldn't give us an appointment until January 24th. I told her I can do it myself, but they said no- have to bring it in. Very frustrated with the service- hope you can help us.
