I'm upset with Denver Health's poor care and need to voice it
I'm upset with Denver Health's poor care. They're not providing me with the necessary durable medical equipment, and I've been waiting for months to get that DME. I'm going to report them to the appropriate authorities and share my experience to inform others about their substandard treatment.

I got a bill from Denver Health that went to collections
I got a bill from Denver Health that went to collections. I've been trying to resolve this issue many times with the company since January 6th. It has been said multiple times that the bill is not my responsibility. It took 2 years and countless conversations to find out that the facility was not in my insurance network, which is *** Blue Shield CU Exclusive. This was only discovered 2 weeks ago and the matter has been escalated again. Currently, it is being reviewed for coverage, but it shouldn't have been sent to collections. There should have been better communication and documentation provided to me and my insurance to avoid this bill affecting my credit scores and hindering my progress. Please give me advice.
I'm writing for my bro, ***, who got some serious health problems
I'm writing for my bro, ***, who got some serious health problems. He went to Denver Health hospital on 4/24. They made him change into hospital clothes and took his stuff, like clothes and things. They said his clothes had bedbugs, so they put all his stuff outside without locking it up. Then, some thief took most of his things, like his wallet and keys. The hospital was supposed to keep his stuff safe, but they didn't. I tried calling the hospital, but I can never talk to someone in charge. They always send me to the patient advocate office, and they say they can't pay for the stolen stuff. If they don't fix this, I'm gonna take them to court and make them pay for what they lost.
In September , I was lookin for a job at a hospital
In September , I was lookin for a job at a hospital. Someone told me to go to Denver Health for a TB test. The doctor wanted the lab person to take blood from my vein for a test called T-SPOT. But the lab person put some chemical in me without telling me what it was. The doctor called me 3 days later to take the blood, and I asked what the lab person did to me, but nobody ever told me. Instead, the staff gave me coupons instead of explaining what happened. The place where they put the injection got all messed up and fell off. To my surprise, this info or what the lab person did is not in my medical records that I just got. I've been feeling really sad and anxious since then, and I've been getting treatment for depression because I don't know what they put in me and what it might do in the long run. Because of COVID, I haven't been able to complain about it.
May 15, 2022 is the latest statement
May 15, 2022 is the latest statement. I don't owe Denver Health anything. My bill is paid in full. I've written Dr. Whittenstein, EdD a half-dozen times about the racist actions of their staff, but they haven't helped. Their appeals department also gave incorrect information. Their billing practices are racist. I plan to file a complaint with the Denver Small Claims Court, but I have to wait 90 days from 04/29/2022. They need to conduct a 90-day investigation. On the other hand, Denver Health usually sends contested bills to the credit bureau and collection agency. This is what their 05/15/2022 statement says. It's wrong, racist, and unfair. I want the small claims judge to decide the dispute. They shouldn't be sending anything to the credit agency, period. This has happened three times in the past, and they ruined my credit at least three times before. Lastly, I don't owe this bill. Please help me with this issue. Thank you and have a nice day. /s/: [Name], 05/22/2022.
