This training program is by far THE BEST ever. I've never been one to be excited to go workout and it usually takes me a while to get that motivation to go, but doing 6weeks2slay 2022 has me feeling all types of motivation! I actually can not wait to go do the workouts every day. LOVE LOVE LOVE this program and can't wait to do many more from her.

Not only are the programs great but the community they have created is so welcoming and motivating. Cant say enough good things about this company!

The best app for following programs/building your own routine after programs. Love that they include alternatives to workouts and make it at home friendly. The community built around this business is amazing. The coaches are easily accessible and more than willing to take the extra step for your success. I'd recommend this to everyone, all phases of their health/fitness journey!
I cannot get enough of DBFT. DBFT has helped me build both strength and confidence. The coaches, the workouts, the education, the involvement, the community, ALL 10/10. Where do I even start?! 1) The coaches are all very qualified to be working with you! Each coach has their niche and they execute that wonderfully.2) I have done two of their challenges and they are not the same and they are top tier. 3) The support system is great when using a challenge!4)I have a couple plans but one thing that sticks out to me the most is my *** program. It is very informative and they put in alternative movements for those that still arent ready for certain things yet! I think they really have gone above and beyond for the fitness AND nutrition community. All in all, the coaches are well educated, they have enough knowledge between each of them they truly cover all basis with you. Im so happy to have been given the recommendation from a friend over two years ago! It really has changed my life for the better, mentally and physically!
DBFT has changed my life. I have gone from not working out consistently, to using any Instagram workouts that any coachs have posted, to now being in my first challenge! I love the community and the hype and I truly feel like I am becoming a better, healthier Version of myself through this program! This will not be my last!

Absolutely love this program. The workouts are well described if you are unsure how to do one. The app is easy to navigate and use. I love the different options of being able to do at home or at the gym and being able to easily modify any workout. I also enjoy that the workouts are not excessive in length, they can be done in a timely manner while still being effective! Can't wait to do the next challenge!

The best part about signing up is you get to keep the plan, have an app with access to lots of different workouts even after your plan is over. The work outs can be modified for at home, gym and even pregnancy! The community is life changing and the coaches are trained, certified and the kindest/most helpful people!

DBFT is the most amazing community of strong women, led by the most knowledgeable and kind coaches imaginable! I have been blown away by the community that Des and her team have built to help support and encourage each other. The training and education of the coaches is so broad and in-depth, which is so evident in their outstanding coaching. I would not be the person I am today without DBFT, the challenges, and the coaching. Because of DBFT I am more confident, strong, capable, and proud!

Where do I even begin? I've never experienced such a great group of people who are here to hype you up when you're feeling your best and who will also be there for you when you're down. The support system is UNMATCHED. The coaches want what's best for you and are very knowledgable and make sure everything fits YOUR needs. I was very happy with the nutrition, as they didn't start my calories at 1200 like most coaches will do. They care about your health and are always there for you if you have any questions or concerns in any aspect whether it's form or nutrition or just the workouts in general and I feel the support from them always! Not to mention, the app is so easy to use and has demos and alternative workouts! I will continue to come back to desbfittraining for every challenge, I am hooked!

I worked with DBFT LLC for a 6week challenge. Coach Emily was a great coach. I filled out a questionnaire and she assigned my macros to fit my goal of weightloss/muscle building. She gave me advice for enjoying myself while traveling but also hitting goals. She talked me about how our bodies react to the different foods we eat and why paying attention to digestion is important. She gave me advice on how to continue to make progress after the challenge was over. I didn't work directly with the other coaches but they offered advice in the group chat and the Facebook Group. The app used was very helpful. It had all the workouts and books of information. It also gave so many alternative movements incase you weren't in a gym or if equipment was taken. The team and other members were a pleasure to work with.

A GREAT business. I did my first challenge (6weeks2shreds) and it was worth every ***. There is so much interactions with the coaches, weekly videos with tips and how to overcome challenges. And the community they have created is AMAZING! Everyone in it is there to support and lift each other up.
This community is truly like no other! You will always receive any help, or hype that you are needing at any point in time. I am truly so blessed to have found a community like this, and I cannot wait to return for more! DBFT has helped me regain my gym routine,confidence, and more so helped me find myself again after having my two boys. Definitely recommend to anyone whos on the fence!
