Jacob's Ladder did an excellent job replacing our roof after we suffered tornado damage. All of the people we worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable, and our new roof looks amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough. This is a wonderful company that did a great job and beat the other estimates we received by a substantial amount. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better roof.

Jacob's Ladder was highly recommended to me and I now understand why. They always treated me with professional kindness and courtesy, whether it was answering my numerous questions (sometimes more than once), carefully helping me through the process of selecting the materials and payment options without telling me what to do/choose, or on-site coordination the day of the job. I knew what they were doing, when, and why. They were never pushy, never impatient. And they cleaned up after themselves following the adage, “leave things better than you found them."

Wow! I felt like I was their only customer. I knew that wasn't true because nearly half of our neighborhood received new roofs from this company! It all started with a front porch visit about my storm damage. This quickly turned into a text message and several emails highlighting the quality and commitment to excellence from their company. Each time they were scheduled to arrive at my house, they woudl send a text with their location and ETA. Adam, Brittany, Hugh, and Kaine were awesome to work with and I need to mention Melinda...she gave me updates throughout the whole project. They were extremely professional and a joy to work with. I have NO complaints...only compliments!

I can't say enough nice things about this company. Wonderful customer service. Professional service, professional behavior, professional attire, professional vehicles. All this adds up to a company that takes pride in their work. Everyone was a joy to work with from Melinda in the office to the owner Hugh and his family, and Dean the manger. Very prompt service. Completed my roof installation in one day and absolutely spotless clean-up. I would most definitely recommend this company.

We are more than impressed by the quality of work we had done on our house by Hugh and his team. Hugh took the time to explain the entire process to us. We needed our roof replaced along with work on our soffits and fascia. Not only was his team able to accommodate everything we needed, but they were also able to repaint our soffits, fascia and gutters! The work crews were very professional, job focused, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall they are an excellent company to deal with, and we are extremely happy with how our project came out. We highly recommend them.
