I bought my bike during the height of the pandemic. They were upfront about the 12 week delivery time. At 11 weeks and 4 days XPO called me to set up delivery. Delivery was flawless and the bike is amazing. They are highly responsive on social media- Facebook and Instagram. They responded to direct messages so quickly.
My bike got delivered after 3 months. No customer support. No email response or Returned calls. Definitely returning this bike. Customer support is everything.

I cannot comment on the product because I have not received it yet! Which by default "is" the issue. They (Myx) mention, up front, (8) eight weeks for delivery but never mention who is supposed to be the recipient, the buyer (us) or the delivery co. (XPO)? Apparently, it's XPO...horrible! Per the Myxfitness emails the bike has been sitting at XPO for over a week. I guess they are breaking it in for us?

TERRIBLE I was emailing with Alisha from a certain company. She assured me my bike was sitting in the XPO Hub. I waited another 10 days, called XPO Tracking. They don't nor did they ever have the bike. They received notification of a possible pick up but that was weeks ago. It is called FRAUD! I can't believe this is not more noted online so people don't shop with them. I too was told max 8 weeks. Now they won't respond to emails or voice mails. Keep calling them
MYX Fitness is the absolute worst
MYX Fitness is the absolute worst. Please do your research before buying (which I didn't do so shame on me). Placed an order with them, upon getting my order acknowledgement they say it's a 3-5wk delivery. They don't mention this on the site anywhere. They say you have 24 hours to cancel your order. I contacted them immediately to cancel my order but now is when it gets interesting. You can only contact them via email - I've sent over 40 emails so far with no response at all and still no refund. I tried calling them at the number I managed to locate from their *** business listing. They put you on hold for hours.. I was forced to dispute the credit card charge due to their lack of response. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did. If the price sounds too good to be true, it probably is. This can't be said loud enough with this company. Pay the extra money for a reputable brand. You will be happier in the long run.

Every single day I try to connect my bike and it just circles my profile beyond that I shut it down and power it off power it back on to still have the same issue once in a while it will let me into a program only to circle circle 99% of the time says it has connection issues which I promise you there are no issues because nothing has changed. This is a huge problem that many are having! Y’all need to fix this or deal with a class action this is the 3rd issue with my bike!

It all started with an email stating my order of myxfitness bike would be delivered in 1-2 weeks depending on location. After 1 week had passed and I hadn't heard anything I sent an email. They said I was told in my email it would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. I sent them a screenshot of the email saying they were incorrect. I finally got a reply saying I should be getting a tracking number if not that day then that week and to contact them if that didn't happen. The tracking number never came so I sent another email the following week only to get the same response as my first email. So again I sent a screenshot of the email I received regarding the tracking number saying I was supposed to contact them if I didn't receive. Never heard back from anyone. About a week later I received a tracking number saying my shipment would arrive oct 20th and to be expecting a phone call to set it up. Late last night I received an email saying my order was delivered but it wasn't! Still waiting to hear

Got a myx fitness bike and it had many problems. Contacted/emailed costumer service and they said the problems was normal and they didnt know how to fix it so the sent out a new tablet. That didnt fix the problem through this whole process they just kept ignoring me. Then when they would answer they would say there is nothing they can do about the problem and still charge me a monthly fee for the program and i paid *** cash for the bike.
Bike purchased on 2/24 for full delivery and setup Bike delivered on 3/14, not working or setup properly. Delivery staff exited home without notification. Contacted MYX numerous times requesting someone to come fix the bike which was never installed properly, and appears faulty. Advised someone would come on 3/29, no one showed up. Attempted to contact customer service again and they closed the case with no resolution. I am looking for a full refund of $***.

First pickup scheduled: 3/10/2022 XPO logistics rescheduled SIX TIMES. Confirm FIRM pick up date: 3/26/2022 NEVER SHOWED UP. no call no show. SECOND FIRM PICK UP: 4/2/2022 never showed up. No call no show. 4/3/2022 MYX closed my case. No resolution. Will not provide a customer support phone number. Absolutely no way in moving this forward as I can't physically make them give me a refund or have their XPO company do a pick up. I did the right thing in initiating the return within the 30 days. I was told it wasn't an issue at all. I really just would like my refund - I do not want to take legal action.

It's ridiculous; they know there are issues with the bikes they sell and they hide behind an email only "support team". They are giving me the runaround.

Ordered MYX bike on 9/21 for *** , order *** Customer service and I have been emailing since 12/05 & said they'd contact me a few times, but didn't. As you will see in my documentation, emails have been going back and forth 25 times. I also used chat to help but don't have that documentation. So at this point already have waited over a month just for it to keep sitting at their shipping hub I've already starting paying for this bike I don't even have. Finally able to set up a delivery day of 2/16 to be changed two weeks later to 2/8 and then to be changed again to 2/10. Have emailed Myx wanting to just cancel my order only to be told they are sending this off to their tier 2 team! Feels like I am being taken advantage of I don't want the bike at this point I just want a refund of what I have already paid and to have them cancel the affirm financing
I ordered an MYX bike in October . After numerous failed deliveries, it was finally received on March 4th. However the necessary screws were missing. They were supposed to send them out immediately. I still have not redirected them, rendering the bike useless. When I tried to contact them, I was told the case was closed. It's being infuriating.

I finally reached out to Beach body and they suggested I try this email in hopes that I get a response. I'm writing to you because I was supposed to receive my mix bike last week and an arrived to XPO damaged and so they said that they were going to get me an expedited bike and then I should have it early this week. It is now Tuesday and I called the logistics company they don't even have a new order on file for me they still have the old one. I need to know when I can expect to get my bike this is getting ridiculous all I want is to be able to get it and have it at my house free of damage. Please please please get back to me and let me know when I can expect the delivery. I have been super patient but getting super frustrated. I have sat on hold with customer service for hours with no answer. I have emailed told that they will get back to me with a solution and never do
On 12/3 I ordered a bike through myx bike. It said 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. It is now 1/23/2022 and I have not received my bike. I want to cancel the order or "return" under the 30 day money back guarantee. They have not resolved this issue.

I purchased an exercise bike through MyX Fitness in December . It was delivered without the tablet and heartrate monitor that comes with the bike. It did come with the other equipment ordered. When I contacted them, they initiated a claim to have the delivery of the tablet and heartrate monitor as soon as possible. That appointment was never set up, so to make sure I could still return the bike within my 30 day window since we couldn't use it to make sure we liked it, I initiated the return. Since then I have had the pickup rescheduled 6 times with no warning. We have had to make plans to be available each time. There is no communication at all. MyX Fitness has assured me multiple times that this pick up would happen. At this point I am having to pay for something I can't use and I can't get picked up. Because I used *** to purchase this bike (loan) I am responsible for making the payments until it is returned.

I ordered a MYX bike from MYX Fitness. The bike was delivered Oct 12, 2021. There is a 30 day full refund & pick up return policy from the time the bike is delivered. I tried it out for a week and decided I did not like it so I reached out to initiate a return and refund. The 1st time I initiated the return was on Oct 20. I received a generic response and it said they'd respond in 4 hours. That didn't happen. I reached out again on 10/22, I got a generic response saying they'd respond in 24 hours. I reached out for a 3rd time, I got a generic response saying they've been experiencing higher than normal volume & they promised to have an answer ASAP. This was on 10/22. On 10/26, I reached out for the 4th time & again received a generic response. I reached out for the 5th time on 10/28 & got yet another generic response saying "we'll be in touch with you soon". I still have not heard from MYX Fitness about a plan to pick up my bike and return my money. This is unacceptable and I feel as though I have been scammed.

I ordered my bike 12/10, and scheduled a delivery for 01/08/2022. After the delivery driver put that we were not home (which we were), I have now called XPO and MYX multiply times to reschedule my delivery. (Which it has now been 10 days since they were supposed to deliver) no one can tell me where my bike is or when I will receive it. This was not a cheap purchase and I am 100% upset that I have yet to receive my bike after over a month of waiting. I am upset when I was told id have this bike within 2-3 weeks.
I can't access the MYX bike or the app and there is no customer service contacting me to help me. The app is broken and doesn't work to try and reset my password and I need the bike reset so that it can sell it as we are moving. I can't cancel my subscription because I can't get into the app. Their customer service emailed once and hasn't ever responded and there are no phone numbers to contact anyone.

I ordered a MYX Fitness bike on 9/24. At time of ordering I was told it would be 1-3 weeks for delivery. It is now 1/11/22 and I do not have my bike yet. This bike is to be delivered by *** and is currently sitting at the *** hub. I have had 3 no call, no shows by the delivery company so far. I have reached out to MYX and the only thing I have been told for over two weeks is that they apologize for the inconvenience and that they are working with the *** team and will get back to me when they hear back. I have gotten the same message over and over and nothing has been resolved. I can't get ahold of *** either. I have been told someone from *** will call me within 24-48 hours from 12/29 and I have yet to get a call on 1/11/22. MYX has been completely unhelpful in getting this resolved. They have already gotten their money for this product, plus I'm already paying the monthly membership fee to use the bike and don't even have the bike to use! I need answers to when I will be getting my bike as well as refunds or discounts for the money have have already been paying for a product I don't have and don't know when I will get.

I bought a MYX bike on 10/9, and was told it would take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Fast forward just shy of six weeks to 11/18 and I finally receive my bike (have a text confirmation if necessary). Delivery was lovely, the gentlemen were very helpful. However, I've decided that the bike does not fit my needs. On 12/8, I initiated a return request of the bike - within the 30-day window required by MYX's return policy (attached image). I was told via email (attached 1) I was being sent to their Service Operations team for further assistance. Two days later (12/10) I hadn't heard anything and emailed them again - because this company has no phone number. What company doesn't have a phone? But I was told that my request had been submitted already and they were "experiencing higher than normal volume" (attached 2) - which tells me they have a problem. Here we are 12/14 - no response. I want to return my bike and get refunded, as their policy states I am entitled to, but I can't get an answer. I feel like the company is ignoring me and pushing me off, and trying to pull a fast one. It took six weeks to GET the bike - I don't want it taking six weeks to get it PICKED up and then WHO KNOWS how long to get my refund!

I purchased a stationary bike from this company on Oct 3rd. The website states the bike will be delivered 1-3 weeks. At the beginning of the 3rd week, I emailed the company 10/17 looking for the location on my bike. The response I got said they would "contact" me in 1-3 weeks regarding delivery of my bike (not what the website says which is delivery in 1-3 weeks). I messaged again Oct 23 with again no response about where my bike was located. I emailed again Oct 26 regarding the location of my bike with no response again. I filed a dispute with my credit card company on Oct 27 as there advertisement is not correct. The website should not say the bike will be delivered in 1-3 weeks and then when you ask about the purchase, no one responds. I even tried calling a phone number but hung up after being on hold for over 30 mins. After reading some of the other complaints about this company, their delivery process and customer service, I want nothing to do with them and just want my refund. I have asked for a refund at least 3 times, maybe 4 with still no response as of 10/31. Still working with my credit card company to dispute the charge. Hopefully this company will just refund my money and work on their customer service.

I purchased my bike July , and received it early October . As soon as I received my bike, the tablet would not turn on. I had to wait three weeks for a new internal power cord and for someone to fix my bike to make it function. In January , the bike made a horrific and loud noise, I had to have someone come out and repair the bike replacing a barring for it. The same thing happened again a month later and I had to have someone assist me with replacing the barring again. November 5th I went to ride my bike and the bike screen keeps turning off, it shows a line and then fuzzes out. I contacted MYX fitness via Facebook messenger, Instagram, and Twitter and cannot get a response. On 11/10 I contacted MYX via email (contacting them is not easy or clear anywhere) and they have been going back and forth with me about my issue, they keep asking me the same questions over and over again and are failing to help. They keep saying it must be my internet when it is clearly the tablet. If my internet was the problem, my TVs or computers would be turning off too and that is not the case. I have experienced nothing but problems with this bike and I am paying a monthly fee for workouts I cannot access since my bike is not functional. I want a refund for my lemon of a bike.

I bought a bike from this company on in November. The issues began immediately when shipping was delayed over 2 weeks and I was continuously told it was coming. I even personally co texted the shipping company itself and was told the bike still hadn't been shipped to them from MyXFittness. When my bike finally arrived it was with zero warning (which I was told I would be given 24hours notice) and the people delivering didn't even have the address they needed from MyXfitness just my cell number. Therefore I spent a good while in the middle of my work day giving them directions to my location. Then the worst of it; I rode my bike three times and on that third ride the right pedal completely popped out of the bike causing me severe pain and injury. My husband was able to later put the pedal back in for his ride (because even after being notified of the issue there was no response for days) and the same thing happened although he was luckily unharmed. The only resolution that is happening is the MyX team passing me from one customer service rep to another. Currently they are sending me to their "maintenance team" which would mean another day of waiting for people to come and fix a bike that $*** was spent on and missing work that I cannot afford to. Beyond that this is far beyond just the maintenance fix anyway.

I purchased my Myx on October 2nd and was given a 1-3 week lead time. Towards the end of my 3 weeks I asked for an update regarding shipping. I was given no update but a basic automated reply. I repeatedly over the next couple days inquired about my order. I was then told since it has been 21 days I would be escalated to Tier 2 support. It has been 5 days and I haven't heard back via email or phone which I have asked to be contacted by. I received an email with tracking so I assumed my bike was finally moving on October 18th. It is now October 30th and there have been no movement from where my bike is (New Jersey). My tracking first said (still says as of today) expected delivery October 29th. When I click for more details there is another estimated date for November 5th. I reached out again asking about shipping and Tier 2, no information. I checked the tracking this morning and it now says November 12th. No warning from Myx or XPO or GXO whoever has my bike! I cannot get any information about what the issue is. I don't know why I was given tracking to continually be misled and Myx will not tell me what's going. I have to keep asking for information and now my order is surpassed the 3 weeks. I want to know when I will be receiving my order that I paid in full for along with an extended warranty. Can they not use another delivery company?

We ordered a bike from MyXFitness. When it was delivered, before the delivery company left, we noticed the pedals were installed on the wrong side. The delivery company proceeded to use a hammer to try to get them off and switch them around. After many unsuccessful attempts, they left and said we would need to file for a service call. As it turns out, MyXFitness does not prefer to be reached by phone. We spent weeks trying to get them to respond and not only right the incorrectly installed pedals but also provide new ones and a new control arm because the ones on our bike were now dented and damaged from their delivery company.Finally, after weeks of not getting any answers, they first offered to send us "touch up paint and a tool to fix the problem". We declined that solution because we purchased a new bike and that's what we feel we should have. Again after going back and forth with large delays between email responses, they agreed to send us replacement parts and a local service company to fix the bike.The replacement parts just arrived and are even more badly damaged than the ones we started with! Each pedal is dented all over the place, they have visibly been used, and there is paint chipped everywhere making them silver in areas instead of black. My tablet arrived with a sticker directly placed on the monitor
My tablet arrived with a sticker directly placed on the monitor. Unfortunately, this type of sticker will not peel off and I did not want to damage the monitor in an effort to remove the sticker. The sticker is so large that it obscures over 1/4 of the viewing screen. I reported this to the company and was immediately frustrated by their reply suggesting that I could not recognize the protective guard on which the sticker was placed. After photographing the monitor which clearly depicted the sticker, I was asked to schedule a zoom meeting. The link for the meeting was sent after the zoom meeting was scheduled. I reached out a second time and had to begin all over and was given the same suggestion that I do not know how to peel off a plastic safety film. The sticker meanwhile is shredded because it will not remove at all. Scheduled a second zoom meeting and the customer service agent was a "no-show" and suggested that I ignored her link. I did not. In fact, I repeatedly emailed to let her know I was waiting for the link and did not get a response for 2 hours. This customer service is beyond acceptable. I have had my bike for a month and simply removed the monitor to ride it. However, the product has not arrived in good working order and all that I have been requesting is to replace the monitor - I will gladly return this unusable one. I purchased the bike in October and to date I am not able to fully use it and its funtions. I have initated contact with customer service, in which by the way they can only be contacted by email. I advised via email that the product is not picking up the following heart rate, cadence, speed and by bluetooth functions. Because its by email, I did not get a reply back for about 2 weeks. Finally got a reply and the company just gave to try using a tablet instead of the one purchased (why would I use another tablet as a work around when I purchased the bike with a tablet that comes with it?). So the conversation about it went on for about a month because of the lack of a customer service phone number to call in. The email reply to the "service call" returns a message like " we will get back to you in about 4 hours (I think thats a typo because they get back 4 days or more later by email). Anyway, I notified them also the assembly of the back is crooked. The frame and the tablet is not aligned and they company never acknowledge or showed concern for this issue as well. To make the LOOOOOOOONGGG story short on how they lack customer service and the email format of communicating shows a lack of customer care , I have asked for a return but then they finally got back to me and I postponed the return to give them several chances to amend. Nothing to this date. I even asked for an exchange but no reply regarding even an exhange. There are more details about this transaction in which Im here because im done with trying to get things resolved on my own. To date (since Oct 2021, I am still not able to use the bike and its functions)

I purchased a MYX Fitness bike on October 10 and was charged on October 10. At the time of purchase they said the delivery would be 1 to 3 weeks. I had reached out to the company after 2 weeks of no contact to request an update and was told it would be over 4 weeks now. On November 11 my bike was taken to a "final delivery hub" by *** Shipping in a city about 80 miles from my house. The first date they set up to deliver the bike to my house was December 1. The bike never went out for delivery and *** shipping called to reschedule delivery. After reaching out to *** and MYX Fitness/Beachbody about this I was told they would expedite the delivery date but I received no expedited delivery date. The next scheduled delivery was December 29. Again, my bike was not delivered. After reaching out again to *** and MYX Fitness/Beachbody they requested expedited delivery, again. I heard nothing and finally called *** and the delivery was January 19, 2022. MYX has offered me two "refunds" in the amount of $270 between the two. I actually got text confirmation from them on January 18, 2022 with a four hour delivery window. I was home the entire day. No one came. I had been told earlier in the day that it was out for delivery but after reaching out again in the evening it had never left the warehouse. They contacted me the next day that it was out for delivery and I left work early to get home. Again, not delivered but was marked delivered by them. *** Shipping reopened my ticket but I have no resolution. My credit card is disputing the transaction. I have reached out to MYX Fitness/Beachbody twice since the 19th and have not gotten a reply. It has been over four months and still no delivery in sight. I have even offered to drive 80 miles to pick it up but it's now been in a warehouse for over three months with consistently sub zero temperatures.

I purchased a Myx Fitness bike 8/29, order number 14240. I paid $*** for the bike and financed it via Affirm. The bike was delivered to my home on 10/10. To date, I am on my third defective bike tablet from Myx. I now have a bike and tablet that I am still making payments towards, as well as paying for a monthly subscription that I cannot fully use. I am so incredibly upset by this situation, I have never felt so scammed. I had absolutely no issues with my Myx bike until last month. All of a sudden, on 3/13/22 my tablet completely fried out. Mid workout just shut off and went black. The next day I contacted customer service by submitting a form online. They responded right away, they had me troubleshoot some issues, take pics and sent a video of the info they requested. They promptly responded and said they were sending me a new tablet. I was so happy they were doing this, since my bike was out of warranty. I received the new tablet and immediately had issues. I thought maybe it was my internet (even though the original tablet worked fine with my internet), I decided to upgrade my internet speed. Once my internet was upgraded that still did not help. I contacted customer service again on 3/26/22. They requested more information and I did a Zoom call with them. They decided to send me yet another tablet. I received the (now third/second replacement) tablet and it does not even allow me to connect to the internet, let alone sign onto the app, it reads 'illegal deletion'. I literally cannot believe this company sent me two defective, non-working tablets within two weeks! And I'm still paying full price for the app which I cannot fully use. I emailed customer service again on 3/26/22 and 3/30/22. No response. I even emailed the President of Myx Fitness, Heberto Calves on 4/2/22. No response. If they sent me two replacement tablets outside of the warranty, this company is obviously recognizing the product is inherently defective.

I purchased the bike on 11/8, and scheduled delivery of this bike as directed during the purchase process. After scheduling for 12/13, I received a call from the delivery company to deliver the bike at an earlier date (12/3) which I gladly accepted, but they didn't deliver the bike. I had to reschedule again, only to find out that the delivery date would be pushed out even further past the original delivery date (12/17). After another reschedule, the bike was delivered on 12/15 but it didn't include a fully assembled bike as advertised. Once I finished assembly and setup, the bike didn't meet expectations due and I requested a refund on 1/4/22. Following the refund process, I scheduled the pickup of the bike online on the earliest date available on 1/25/22. The day before, I received an email and text telling me the four hour window for pickup was 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. I adjusted my work schedule accordingly to be at my residence for pickup, only to have no one show up. When I called the delivery company to inquire if they are still going to pick it up that day, I was told it wasn't dispatched and that the next earliest day was 2/22/22. I asked to talk to a supervisor to and was told it would be 24-48 hours. Since I couldn't talk to someone who could assist me at the delivery company, I called MYXFitness to let them know about the delivery issue and to request assistance. The person I talked to couldn't assist me, so I asked to talk to a Supervisor but was told I would be contacted in 3 business days. Today I received an email from ***s that they automatically reschedule the delivery for 2/19. I received a similiar email from MYXFitness without talking to anyone. I unavailable on 2/19 and I called the delivery company and was told it would be another 24-48 hours. Responding to MYXFitness and requesting to talk to a supervisor, I was told it would be another three days to get a response in person. I need help with a timely return and refund.

I cannot comment on the product because I have not received it yet! Which by default "is" the issue. They (Myx) mention, up front, (8) eight weeks for delivery but never mention who is supposed to be the recipient, the buyer (us) or the delivery co. (XPO)? Apparently, it's XPO...horrible! Per the Myxfitness emails the bike has been sitting at XPO for over a week. I guess they are breaking it in for us?
TERRIBLE I was emailing with Alisha from ***. She assured me my bike was sitting in the XPO Hub in ***... I waited another 10 days, called XPO Tracking. They don't nor did they ever have the bike. They received notification of a possible pick up but that was weeks ago. It is called FRAUD! I can't believe this is not more noted online so people don't shop with them. I too was told max 8 weeks. Now they won't respond to emails or voice mails. Keep calling them
MYX Fitness is the absolute worst. Please do your research before buying (which I didn't do so shame on me). Placed an order with them, upon getting my order acknowledgement they say it's a 3-5wk delivery. They don't mention this on the site anywhere. They say you have 24 hours to cancel your order. I contacted them immediately to cancel my order but now is when it gets interesting. You can only contact them via email - I've sent over 40 emails so far with no response at all and still no refund. I tried calling them at the number I managed to locate from their *** business listing. They put you on hold for hours.. I was forced to dispute the credit card charge due to their lack of response. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did. If the price sounds too good to be true, it probably is. This can't be said loud enough with this company. Pay the extra money for a reputable brand. You will be happier in the long run.
I bought my bike during the height of the pandemic. They were upfront about the 12 week delivery time. At 11 weeks and 4 days XPO called me to set up delivery. Delivery was flawless and the bike is amazing. They are highly responsive on social media- Facebook and Instagram. They responded to direct messages so quickly.
