Dhr
Dhr took my daughter away from me back in October 2016 because they said police officers said i put my daughter out of my car and said I didnt want her anymore. The police never wrote up a case and have told me they never told dhr anything like that...My daughter has been abused by social worker and her foster mom...i have been abused by law enforcement and lied on mutable times by dhr workers...The allegations that have been brought against me are false please help.
Child care services
Monroe county AL. On June 8 2016 a call was redirected by the after investigating our home i was told case would more then likely close. I asked Mr frye prior to departure if it was OK to leave state to go to TN for will with kids and husband. He said yes. I spoke with frye while in TN. A week after our return home we get court summons stating we kidnapped our children leaving state. That we are unfit and unstable do to domestic violence and substance abuse. We have never even had police called to our home no DV charges at a all and no drug charges. Still my kids were taken 6 month later my husband and I took drug screen that we did fail. 6 months after another urine test we both passed but judge wanted blood my husband passed I failed for a Percocet that i took few days prior. It's now almost Nov and my children still aren't home. The entire petition filed by the IRS complete lies. When confronted the case worker said it didn't matter that was things that has been s said. I believe tho in fact he has committed perjury
Fraud / scam
We paid off our Child Support on 03/20/09 we have the receipt showing we don't owe $0.00 they failed to stop sending the statements after we paid it off. Even on the statements they send it says amount Due is $0.00 and an amount owed is now after five years has got up to $1, 199.58 we haven't been paying it because we don't owe it.how can we owe if nothing...

A criminal officer is just to call dhr on mother’s first . So it is not coming to and from impossible and I pray for her
Let me start with first of all the officer don't have to tell you he's going to call DHR but he do have to make a Report about the incident if he contacted DHR secondly when they remove your daughter did they have an order that was signed or stamped by a judge to remove her?
