Diamond Parking Services review: Parking ticket

I have appealed dispute online but it got rejected. I have attached the pictures of product which i went to shoppers drug mart to pick up but they didn't have that product. It is actually a voucher which i purchsed around 3 weeks ago from shoppers drug mart and only shoppers has that and it came with the voucher where you have some perfume samplers and you can use the voucher to get your choice of perfume in bigger size. I went on that day to get the one i wanted but they said it is out of stock and come back so how can i have the receipt for that then. If you want you can ask the shopper drug mart if they are selling those products or not. . But trust me that day i went to mall but i only went to ask 1 question from the laboratory and i went to laboratory parking first but didn't find any parking then i thought okay i will come here first then i will go to the mall. If you guys don't trust me then give me a proof that i didn't go to mall. There are many people who park there and go to other places and there isn't any place in the parking lot where it says only customer parking or we have to present a receipt for that. I am not guilty of whatever happened because i know i went to mall. And i am not paying the ticket because that is not fair if you are going to mall and you still get a ticket.

I call them and they say send us email. If I send them email they don't respond. Today they sent me email for $80-$120.

I got a ticket once Calgary Parking but they were so nice and helpful.
