I travelled from Philadelphia to an event at the Hilton Hotel in New York on Saturday May 6, 2023. I parked at the garage at 100 West 26th, arrived around 5:15PM and the attendant asked long I would be, and I told him no later than 10:00. He quoted $50. When I returned at 9:30 he proceeded to charge me $72! I argued with him back and forth and getting no where as he made excuses about the size of my car (Subaru Forester) being the reason for the new charge. I reminded him that when I arrived he said no such thing when he quoted $50. Holding my car ransom until I paid, I finally caved in. I contacted the main office via e-mail with my complaint and waiting to hear back. Tried calling and the phone just disconnected. Such outright dishonesty. Buyer beware!

I file the accident/damage report to the management. spoke to the person who was in charge and he acknowledges that the valet staff was on medication. I have been waiting for a response from the office for s resolution since the incident dated back in June 6th. up till now, I have not receives any response. I called their office a dozen times and no one answers. and when I refuse to make the monthly payment, their staff threat me that they will call the marshall and arrest me.
Since December, I've worked and still not received any paycheck or deposit. I went to MPG Office in person. Spoke to the managers, three of them, to be precise. We had a conversation about them fixing the problem and paying me for the hours I've worked. They said, 'Ok, no problem.' It's been a month. They don't answer phone calls or call back. I don't want to take this further than it already is. Today, on January 7, 2022, I spoke to a manager about the situation, which he was already aware of. He laughed at me and didn't take me seriously, displaying an attitude and being unprofessional. I tried to call him back, but there were no answers. It's been a month. All I want is my check for the hours I worked for. Please get back to me.
Have had 2 different instances with damage made to vehicle from the parking garage they own. Have filed 2 damage reports but have had no communication from them. Have been calling, emailing but no response at all! Just yesterday got damage again, which is going to cost over $1700 to repair! And of course can not speak to anyone! Tonight after work when I returned to the garage around 12:10 am I found the garage was closed!. This garage is a *** and never closed before. I called the garage phone number but the person picked up and said sorry we are closed. Then he refused to provide any more details and hang up. Later the person would not pick up my phone any more. I am stuck in the hospital and I am supposed to return to work tonight again. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

The Manhattan Parking Group parking lot on *** off Riverside Drive is being left unmanaged. There is trash piled up and the lot is full of pidgeons and rats. Meanwhile, people are being charged $270 a month to park their cars there. None of the phone numbers work and no one is willing to take accountability.

Issue: the valet parking employee (who works for Manhattan Parking Group) has scratched my vehicle while bringing the car into the garage. I discovered the issue when picking the vehicle up. The employee was rude and tried to deny any wrongdoing. I filed an official incident report to MPG on 07/06 and was told that I should get a response in a few days. However, as of 7/13, no one has contacted me. They also have a business number that was not helpful, as it only led to the voicemail of an individual in the complaint department. I left a voicemail on 7/6 but did not receive a callback after 1 week. It was a totally terrible experience. I will recommend everyone to stay away from this business!

First of all, the employee who damage my car did not report it, so the person returning my car just hand me the car, if I had not checked the car i could have drive out of the garage without noticing as it was in the passenger side. So i notify the manager, filled a complaint form. Since then, no one has contacted me, I have called the company almost everyday for the last 2 weeks and there is never an answer, I have emailed the person in change, never and answer. This is a company car so i need it in good shape and I need to respond to my boss for it.
I have been trying to reach someone at this company to report that my car was damaged. I left several messages and sent an email to Jomell in the claims department. The Parking attendants at the site on *** are slick and does everything possible to cover-up the fact that they damage the back of my car. A week prior my husband witnessed one of the attendant crashing an SUV into another car.

The vending parking machine would not return my ticket until I paid the parking ticket machine the $30.There was no attending person on the level I was parked on. I went drove down to the lower lever to report the problem and was told by the parking attendant to file a complaint he could not return my money. It cost $3. for parking for two hours and for more than two hours almost three hours its not $30. I scanned my complaint over a month ago to the email address and no one has returned my money minus what I should have been charged for parking under three hours in there parking lot. My car has been damaged at a facility owned by MPG Parking group. They provided an acknowledgment form which I completed and submitted to their office. After months without a response, I visited their office at suite 600, only to be met with the same indifference. I attempted to arrange car repairs through their insurance by speaking with a representative, but to no avail; she has ignored all my messages and provided no information. Their dismissive attitude persists despite an accident report being filed by their attendant and handed to me. I'm still awaiting any form of email communication and am exhausted from the wait. Black paint from the edges on the wall and the dent matches the height were the dent is on my car from the corners of the garage wall. I told and show the attendant and he wrote a report. It is proof that the guy who parked my car that morning. No one has contacted me back for a while then I received a letter and no one from the company returned my call. I emailed Gamel and She finally answered to say noone there did that I told Her the paint and the corners of the wall is on my car it texted the photo to her and o answer the way my car was dented its no way that chase happened from anther vehicle when the black paint and the curb in the garage is the same height as the dent . I went on 3/4 to pick up my car and the employee working overnight, informed me that I have to wait until morning. I told him that garage is open 24/7, why I have to wait to get my car out. He stated it's more than a $1000 on the car, in which I said okay and he asked me for cash. I told him that the garage takes cards so why am I paying in cash. He refused to take my ticket to get my car out, so I called NYPD. I was charged $27 per day and in which amount to $1580 on my car, I paid after NYPD informed the employee that he was taking hostage of my property. On their signs, the sign states its $24.46 rate per 24 hours. Then I noticed couple of damage to my car, I attached photos.

On Sunday 5/29/22 my husband reserved a parking spot online for the MPG parking garage.
On Sunday 5/29/22 my husband reserved a parking spot via website for the MPG parking garage from 8am to 3pm. We arrived around 2pm and saw the attendant mishandle my car, causing rim damage. We reported it immediately with a photo but got no response. After repairing the rim, I emailed them on 6/16 and 6/20 for reimbursement, with proof of read emails, but still no reply. I'm attaching the relevant emails and read receipt.
