On 2/1/2024 time 4.28pm, we dine at DipNDip midvalley sogo Johor Bahru when one of the waiter were recommend us to sit at one small table while my friend refuse to sit at the small table. This is because we want to use laptop while dining. He expressed dissatisfaction by throwing the chair.
We do understand the crowd. But i think he should be professional and always be kind to the customer.

Not taking responsibilities to the customer issue made from company
I really don’t know how good service they provide to the respective customer so far. Nevertheless, during my flight on 8may towards Kathmandu they have delayed the time 4hrs and 15 mins without any specific reason even we ask to the respective officials inside the terminal as our next flight toward Bhutan from Kathmandu has been getting late. After that we even talk about deserve compensation with official but they denied every words we spoken from our mouth. After that we don’t have any choice rather then moving towards Kathmandu even knowing our next flight has been late for 2 hours. After reaching kathmandu our flight has already take off and there won’t be any flight till next month towards Bhutan from Nepal. Still then we tried to seek help from aljazeera official to help getting to reach Bhutan but we are helplessly left out saying that they can’t do anything. And now we were struggled like anything in Kathmandu by such a service from aljazeera flight. So all I wanna say is it’s aljazeera providing good service to the customer?
Desired outcome: Get refund from the aljazeera where our flight has got canceled and lost all the money in vain because of their current service to the customer who they don’t even deserve to treat like this
Staff kata kalau booking pg boleh dine in utk ala carte masa buka puasa buffet.walaupun terang2 kata buffet 7-9pm only no ala carte..pstu boleh pulak kata kena habiz kn main dish dulu bru boleh order desert..wtf,suka hati la nk mkn desert or main dish dulu.staff so rude.dine in date 6/4/2024 7pm
