The company reached out to us with there "wonderful Money saving product"

Promised that the product will save us money on fuel. it was the worst decision we ever made - our vehicle was twice as heavy on fuel than before - no follow up regarding the product - just taking our money with debit orders - we had to preplace bogi cords at our own expense- then when we told them we have a problem they only stated we need to read the contract and we need to send it back to them at our cost - if not they will not stop the debit order - bad client service

Claimed loss: we lost about R 680

Desired outcome: a refund would be nice and an apology for the bad experience with the ladies that called us. They were very rude.

Good day Mrs Van Tonder,

Please be aware that your concerns listed above were clearly explained and provided in written format to your husband prior to the product being installed. We include a copy of his signed contract from October 2023 where he acknowledged that he was aware of these responsibilities upon removal of the product. We make it clear to every new client that we cannot guarantee any specific result while using the product and that it is the client's responsibility to test it for three months before deciding if they would like to keep it. When a follow up call was done the day after installation, he told us that he had instructed your son to remove the product and post it back to us. We told him that we would waive the three month test period through our no questions asked cancellation policy and asked him to post back the product to close off the account. We then followed up in November and were told the product had not been posted yet. We sent all available means of returning the unit to your husband - please see the attached conversations. In January 2024 the product still had not been returned and a reminder done from our side. Almost a week later, the product was posted and the account cancelled in full. We request that this gets removed immediately as it is defamatory. Should the company suffer any loss as a result of this post, the damages will be claimed from you due to the fact that this information is nonfactual and you were aware of all the terms and conditions of the agreement.
