Dodo Stay Away from Dodo: Terrible Service and Incompetent Customer Support

service, stay away from Dodo!

I recently had a really bad experience with Dodo. Their service was just plain junk, and their customer service was incompetent and nasty. I decided to cancel my service with them, but then they mucked up the final payment and started to pursue me for a bill that I couldn't pay because they had cleared the account. I followed their instructions and emailed them, but they didn't seem to care. Instead, they set their debt collectors on me within just two weeks of canceling the account. It was a really nasty and incompetent move on their part, and I would definitely recommend that you stay away from Dodo.

Overall, I was really disappointed with the service that I received from Dodo. Their customer service was terrible, and they didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone, and I would advise you to look elsewhere for your internet and phone needs. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer better service and support, so don't waste your time with Dodo.

Dodo Avoid Dodo at all costs: Terrible customer service and technical support

Dodo is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They are the absolute worst of the worst. Whenever you try to contact them, they always try to sell you something. It's like they don't care about anything else except making money. If you need help with technical support or customer service, forget about it. They don't exist here.

I made the mistake of joining Dodo and then cancelling the same day. I had some issues with my BYO modem and needed to get a new one from them. But when I tried to call them, they didn't answer the phone all day. They just kept transferring me from one department to another. It was so frustrating.

I don't understand how a company like Dodo can stay in business. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. They just want to make a quick buck and move on to the next victim. It's really sad.

If you're thinking about joining Dodo, my advice to you is don't. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company. There are plenty of other options out there that actually care about their customers and provide good service. Dodo is not one of them.

Dodo Dodo Energy Review: Promised Savings, Delivered Disappointment

I used to be with Red Energy for over 11 years, but then Dodo reached out to me and offered me a better and cheaper plan. I thought it was a great deal, so I decided to switch to Dodo. However, when I received my first bill from them, I was shocked to see that it was way higher than what I was paying with other energy companies. I felt like Dodo was ripping me off.

In my opinion, Dodo is one of the worst gas and electricity companies in Australia. They promised me a service charge of 103 cents, but when I received my bill, they were charging me 114 cents. The peak hour and off-peak rates were also very high, which made me feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Overall, I would not recommend Dodo to anyone looking for an energy provider. They may offer you a good deal at first, but they will end up charging you more than what they promised. If you want to save money on your energy bills, I suggest looking for a more reliable and trustworthy company.

Dodo Dodo ISP Review: False Promises and Poor Customer Service

Dodo isp - Let me tell you about my experience with this internet service provider. They gave me a real good pitch to sign up for 24 months, with a fixed price and even promised me 3 months for free. But then, they went and messed up the off peak times and charged me extra for peak times because their "so called off peak" was all wrong. Can you believe that? And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, a month later they come out with a better deal that gives you 10 times the off peak for $10 less a month. What kind of customer service is that? It's like they don't care about their existing customers at all.

If you're thinking about switching to Dodo, I suggest you take a good look around and do your research before committing. Don't make the same mistake I did. It's not worth the hassle and frustration.

Dodo Stay Away from DODO: Non-Existent Customer Service and Breach of Contract

I wouldn't recommend switching to DODO for any reason. Their customer service is non-existent, trust me. I asked for a silent phone number, they changed it without informing me! It took me six weeks to realize this when I complained about not receiving any incoming calls. When I switched to ADSL2+, they didn't connect me for over two months. I wrote five times to complain about the lack of service, but I didn't receive a single response! They breached the contract, but if I switch to another ISP, I'll be charged! I suggest you stay away from them and save yourself the trouble.

Dodo Dodo's Tech Support Fails to Deliver: A Frustrating Experience

I have been a customer of Dodo for over 20 years now and I must say that their tech support has become quite hopeless. I recently had a real problem with my internet connection and despite my repeated attempts to get it resolved, they kept stuffing me around.

First, I booked an NBN technician to come and check my home setup. However, when the technician didn't show up on Wednesday as scheduled, I called Dodo to inquire about the delay. To my surprise, they informed me that the technician couldn't find any fault and had cancelled the case without informing me.

When I called to cancel the appointment, they arranged for another modem and NBN home visit for the following Monday. However, two days later, they called me again to try and arrange another home visit, claiming that there was no visit already booked. They even asked me to return a modem that I had received that day, which was quite confusing. I mean, I'm not delivering their stock anywhere, so why should I return it?

I have had enough of their incompetence and lack of communication. I don't think I'm going to be fooled by Dodo for a fourth time. If they can't get their act together, I might have to switch to another provider.

Dodo, the internet and phone service provider, has been a mixed experience for me. While their prices are competitive, there are some issues that I have encountered that have made me question whether or not I should continue using their services.

One of the biggest issues I have had with Dodo is their tendency to share customer contact details with telemarketing companies. This has resulted in a barrage of calls and texts from random salespeople trying to sell me things I don't need. It's frustrating and invasive, and I wish Dodo would take customer privacy more seriously.

Another issue I have encountered is the lack of over-the-phone support for existing customers. If you have an issue with your account that isn't showing up online, you're out of luck. You'll have to call their sales team and ask to be transferred, which can be a hassle. And even if you do manage to get through, you might just get a pre-recorded message telling you to go online before hanging up.

But perhaps the biggest issue I have had with Dodo is their tendency to overcharge customers. I have been charged twice for services that I only signed up for once, and it took ages to get through to their support team to sort it out. Even then, they tried to tell me that I hadn't been overcharged, despite clear evidence to the contrary.

Dodo Dodo Internet Review: Stay Away from this Terrible Service Provider!

Listen up, folks! I gotta warn ya about Dodo Internet. I've been paying $75 a month for the last four months and my internet keeps droppin' in and out. I've been callin' their customer service like crazy, but it's all a bunch of BS. They tell me to unplug everything and reset it, and it works for a day or two, but then it's back to the same thing. This has been goin' on for four months now, and I had to call 'em again today to see what they're gonna do about it. I mean, am I gonna get some free months for all the trouble I'm havin'? But you know what they told me? They're gonna give me a once-off $20 discount this month. Can you believe it? That's all they're gonna do for me after all this time.

So, let me tell ya, stay away from Dodo Internet. They're the worst ever. They said they fixed the problem, but as we speak, I've got no internet and it keeps droppin' out. Save your coin and use someone better than Dodo. You deserve to get what you're payin' for, and with Dodo, you ain't gonna get it.

Dodo Dodo: The Worst NBN Provider with Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy

Dodo, let me tell you, is the absolute worst company I've ever had the misfortune of signing up with. Their NBN is just riddled with problems. I've been having issues with my wifi connectivity for the past 4 months, and I've only been able to use it for about 2 days per month. It's just ridiculous!

What's even worse is that they completely cut off their phone service for customer support during the corona outbreak, and they didn't even bother to inform their customers about it. And when they finally did bring back their phone service, they didn't even tell us when it was going to happen. I mean, seriously, what kind of company does that?

And don't even get me started on their customer service. Every time I call, I'm put on hold for hours, only to be hung up on. And when I finally do get through, I'm transferred from tech support to accounts to tech support again and again. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

And to top it all off, they refuse to refund the full amount for the periods when they provided no internet. I mean, come on, that's just not right.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Dodo to anyone. If you're thinking about signing up with them, don't. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

Dodo Dodo's Customer Service: Real Life Noises, Rude Operators, and Poor Communication Skills

Every time I've had to get in touch with dodo, I've heard some real life noises in the background. It's like the operators are working from their homes or something. I mean, it's understandable given the current situation in the world, but it's still a bit weird. And let me tell you, the customer service operators are not the friendliest bunch. They're always speaking in their native Philippine language, and sometimes they're even screaming at each other. I've heard babies crying on a few occasions, and it's so clear that it sounds like the babies are right there with the operators. It's kind of distracting, to be honest.

But the real problem is that the operators are so rude. They just want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. They don't even bother to ask if there's anything else they can help you with or if you have any questions. And their communication skills are not the best. It's hard to understand what they're saying sometimes, and they can be really difficult to deal with. I always brace myself for a bad experience when I have to call dodo.

And to make matters worse, I've had to call back multiple times because the staff will answer the phone but then pretend they can't hear me. I mean, I can hear roosters crowing in the background, but they expect me to believe they can't hear me? It's ridiculous.

My contract with dodo is up in February of 2022, and I can't wait to switch to another carrier. I don't know how dodo is still in business with such poor customer service.

Dodo Terrible Customer Service and Website: My Experience with Dodo

I had a real bad experience with Dodo. I tried to call them up for some help, but their phone support was just plain terrible. I mean, seriously, what kind of company doesn't have decent customer service? And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother to follow up with me after our call. I was left hanging, with no idea what to do next. It's just not good enough.

I also had some issues with their website. It was slow and clunky, and I had trouble finding what I was looking for. And when I did finally find what I needed, the checkout process was a nightmare. It took forever to complete, and I was left feeling frustrated and annoyed.

Overall, I would not recommend Dodo to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their website is a mess, and their checkout process is a nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different provider.

Dodo Disappointing Response Time: My Experience with Dodo

Dodo is a website that I recently used to apply for a service. However, I was quite disappointed with their slow response time. It took them almost 10 days to even start processing my application. I was quite frustrated with this delay as it slowed down my own process and wasted my money. It seemed like they didn't care about my request at all. I had to call them to get them to start processing my application. Overall, I would not recommend using Dodo as their slow response time and lack of concern for their clients is quite disappointing.

Dodo Disappointing Service: My Frustrating Experience with Dodo

I gotta say, my experience with Dodo has been pretty rough. I put in a request to get my meter abolished a whopping 40 days ago, and I'm still waiting for any kind of result. The call centre is located overseas, which means every time I call, I gotta wait a good 40 minutes just to talk to someone. And even then, they don't seem to have any answers for me - just a lot of waiting and checking files before they finally say something that doesn't really help. It's been a real headache, and I'm not happy with their service at all.

Dodo Dodo Internet Review: Cheap but Useless - Couldn't Even Connect!

So, I moved into a new place and thought I'd give Dodo a try for my internet needs. I mean, it's cheap, right? But boy, was I wrong. I couldn't even connect to the internet! The modem they sent me had the internet light blinking like crazy, and I couldn't get online no matter what I tried. It's pretty frustrating when you're paying for a service that doesn't even work. I mean, I haven't even started using the internet yet, and it's already giving me issues. Not cool, Dodo. Not cool at all.
