The opt out page on PeopleSearchNow.com is all messed up. I ain't got no emails from them and the opt out page don't work on different devices, browsers, or even on different days.

I tried using the removal info link on the website, but me and my family's personal info keeps showing up again. Take down our info or we'll take legal action.

Although PeopleSearchNow allegedly has a way for people to remove unwanted profiles, in fact the link to remove your profile leads to a 404 Page Not Found Error and calling the helpline only reroutes customers to the website.

I discovered a significant amount of my personal information on www.peoplesearchnow.com . There is no way to remove it. The website instructions cannot be followed due to multiple redirects and "page not found" errors. There is also no way to submit an online inquiry. It also goes to a "page not found" error. I have recently been receiving many spam calls and mailings, and I must wonder if this website is the reason why.

Peoplesearchnow.com has listed all my personal info without my consent and I feel my safety and wellbeing are threatened as a direct result. I have tried their opt out process many times and for some reason it will not let me opt out my listing and ONLY my listing. Their website is either broken in this regard or they are deliberately preventing me from removing my personal information at the cost of my safety and wellbeing.

reetings, I have submitted several requests for Intellius Personal Information Opt Out under the Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). As a California resident, I have certain rights regarding the personal information that businesses have about me. This includes the right to request access or deletion of my personal information, as well as the right to direct a business to stop selling your personal information. I have made numerous requests and my data is still on their website. I don't understand why it hasn't been removed and considering taking additional actions to get this removed as there is no response to my requests for the removal of my personal information. I am being contacted by people, stalked and harrassed as a result of this service.

I tried to remove my information from the website, but was unable to. Based on the site's instructions as well as the recorded message when you call the site, I'm supposed to click "Do Not Sell My Personal Information," check the two boxes, click the recapcha button, provide an email address and click "Opt Out My Info." But on clicking that, the check boxes magically unchecked themselves and I was taken to "Page Not Found" that simply said "Oops!" at the top with no further instruction. I then tried doing it directly by going to my entry,, but there was no "Remove Record" button available as purported in the instructions. I tried following these instructions on chrome, edge, firefox, safari and both an iphone and android: nothing worked. The recorded message offers no other help. This is a terrible scam with my information that I want removed immediately.

I am fed up with this company. I requested my phone number be removed from their site several times and they are just refusing to cooperate. Their last response was – “All of the information on our website is from public record databases”. I honestly don’t care where they got the information. I am telling them this information is incorrect and this is my number. Why are they not listening? If you Google my number I come up on every page but theirs so how is it from a public database? They once again told me to use their removal tool which I’ve already used twice and it does not work. They had my phone number listed for a Sandra Manney and I was getting daily texts and calls for this person. I used the “opt out” removal tool and all they did was re-attach my phone number Thomas Manney. Now I am getting texts and calls for Sandra and Thomas Manney. That tool is a waste of time. I don’t know what it takes to get them to understand this is my phone number. *** has been my phone number for 25 years. I use this number for business and during my day I get constant texts and calls for these people. This phone number does not belong to the Manney family and has NEVER belonged to this family. I want my phone number completely removed from their site immediately and do not want them to attach my number to any more Manney family members. Thank you.
