Door Power is AWESOME! I called and within a couple of hours they came out to fix my problem! The customer service was GREAT! Very reasonably priced as well! Bill the guy who came out was phenomenal as well as the owner who I spoke with in the phone. Would highly recommend to all of my friends and neighbors and family!

I have continued to use Door Power because of their excellent customer service, same day or next day service, professionalism, knowledge, and fair pricing. They have always made sure I understand what repair they would be doing and also made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left my home. I am so impressed Door Power and would not even consider using someone else.

Door Power was great to work with when my door and a family members door stopped working at the same time. The owner answered his phone after 5pm and got us both scheduled next day. He gave us a 2 hour window and his associates arrived on time. They were honest with what needed to be done, and reasonable with the cost of work. Will definitely use them again when my doors need to be replaced.

Wow! Sums up my experience. We were desperate with our house on the market and one of the potential buyers having broke our garage door - to get it fixed immediately the next day before showings. I sent the request at 10pm the night before, they called me back by 7am, had a technician out by 8am, and fixed it for a reasonable amount by 9am! Officially saved as my vendor of choice in the future!

I was very impressed with Chad, my customer representative/service tech. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and transparent. I am very satisfied with the help I received from Door Power. I called Door Power in the morning and their employee was at my home in the afternoon. The employee was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot what was wrong with my garage door. The problem was different then what I thought and he was able to save me money. This is the second time I have had Door Power help me. I recommend Door Power to any one who needs help with their garage door needs.

We had a broken door, and within a day of calling, we had a technician at our house. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We also received a quote for a set of new doors. When the special orders arrived, the technicians installed then within a couple of hours. They did great work and cleaned up the area afterwards. Everything was done on time and on budget. Bill, the owner, is very communicative and let's you know exactly when and how everything will proceed. I highly recommend Power Door.

I had a lot of trouble with my door openers several years ago. So one afternoon I called them and requested that they replace the openers I had which were rather old. Door Power came out the next morning and replaced the openers and made all adjustments. Since then, I have had to call them a few times for small repairs such as a broken spring and lubrication issues, They always respond quickly and fix the problem. I cannot think of any other service and installation company that I deal with that is as good as Door Power.

Our garage door broke after getting home around 6pm. A friend recommended Door Power Inc to us, so I sent a service request online via their website around 6:30pm. I thought I wouldn't hear anything until the next day because it was past normal business hours. They contacted me by 9pm that evening and were able to come check on the door the next morning around 8am, by 8:30am or so the door was fixed and we haven't had a problem with it since. Great customer service, quick response time, and very good a communicating. Would definitely use them again.

We moved into a new home and the garage door opener was horrible and had wires hanging down from the ceiling. We called Door Power on Saturday, they sent Jason out on Monday. Jason did an awesome job replacing our garage door opener, along with replacing our old key pads, he was able to remove all the hanging wires. He informed me with all the information that I would need and how to use our new opener along with setting up the app on our phones. It took him less than an hour to do the job all by himself. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Door power!

They anwered their phone right away and were able to come fix our garage door the same day. They were at our house within an hour of the phone call. That is unheard of customer service for a company of lately! The cost of repair was not much more then if we tried fixing it ourself and end up wasting a whole day doing it. That was 100% worth every dime spent! He was extremely professional. He took extreme care of our home and was very cautious of items we had stored in our garage (summer cars, Harley motorcycle, and other valuable items). We will definitely be a life customer!

Great company! Great service! I went to open my garage this morning to go to a meeting and it wouldn't open. After a few phone calls, I found Door Power but he said he couldn't be at my location for 3 hours. I needed someone now, but decided he was so far the best I had talked to, so gave him my info. Within a few minutes, one of his guys called to say he had just finished his job and was on his way! So, I had help within 30-45 minutes of my call. When he arrived, he gave me a price and went to work! The repair was nice and fast and Door Power was a pleasure to do business with!

I have been a customer of Door Power for many years. I have used them for all my service calls as well as having them replace my garage door opener. Most recently,I purchased and had them install a new garage door which I just love. I have always been provided with great customer service. Calls are responded to promptly and service is always same day. My new garage door was a great value and competitively priced. Whenever any of my neighbors have garage door problems, I always give them the phone number for Door Power. It is a great company and I will continue to use them for all my garage door needs!

We had an excellent customer service experience with Door Power. Our garage door had been sticking halfway down which was a concern from a security standpoint and a safety standpoint. I called Door Power and they agreed to come the next day. They gave a two hour window, which is awesome and Randy showed up in the first part of that window. We opened the garage door, quickly showed him our concerns and within an hour he had completed the repair. During the repair process, he suggested replacement of the cables, which were rusted, to avoid future problems. After the repair was complete, he spent time with us explaining what he had done and then collected his check and was on his way. Randy was helpful and professional and the entire process really exceeded our expectations.

Called Door Power at 10:30 AM on a Friday. The owner responded within 10 minutes listened to my problem and offered prices for repair or replacement of our garage door opener. I chose replacement. Within an hour the service person (Lee) arrived. He removed and replaced the opener unit and was gone in an hour, perhaps less. He was responsive, very competent and efficient. I asked for an assessment of the other opener unit. He had taken the initiative to assess it on his own and judged it fit for continued use. Six years ago I purchased insulated Clopay doors for our three car garage from Door Power-- another fair priced purchase and installation experience. At that time the service man assessed both openers fit for use. In short, I have confidence in their recommendations. My experience has been--You can trust the words on Door Power's website.
