Dear Dormify Executives,
I have had so much trouble getting assistance. I have made orders and had trouble getting a refund for a headboard and adjustment on the bedding, and you are not showing my information. I need to fix my email and contact information in your system since you have found some transactions, not others. I have gone round and round with this, and I'm quite frustrated with all the time and effort I have spent on this.
I have provided my address and name where all orders were shipped and received, but my orders cannot be located. I just contacted the credit card company to check the charges, and they advised that Dormify charged me $489.50 on 6/26/23 and $20.89 on 7/30/23. Your representative told me that I was charged $134.50 as well. I want these 3 amounts refunded to me as soon as possible.
I want a check overnighted to me or the funds added to the prepaid gift card I paid with ending in 1061. Please issue a refund check if it cannot be refunded to this account.
