Beware of ordering from this company!
BEWARE when ordering from this business! I ordered a massage chair over a month ago and still haven’t received it or even gotten an update about it! I was told I would have it delivered from 7-10 business days, and that came and gone.
Then I was told the first employee who told me that was mistaken and that it would take about 2 1/2 weeks! Well after that period of time still nothing…called back, was promised I’d have it by the 3rd week and no later than the 4th week, and again still nothing. So now I’m trying to cancel my order…and to my surprise they are not email me back or answering any of my phone calls anymore! Definitely beware of ordering anything from them! Sure seems like they are scammers!

I purchased a massage chair on Sept. 17th and canceled to order within the same hour once I realized I bought a 2d S track chair. It is Oct. 2nd and my account have not been refunded nor have I received a cancelation confirmation. The "manager" from their customer support simply tried to upsale me to spend $200 more dollars to get a better chair. He never processed my cancelation as requested and I am still out of 2 grand. No refund provided despite multiple assurances
I purchased a $3000 Massage Chair after explicitly confirming on the website that returns (with a first free return) and exchanges are fully allowed for Massage Chairs in the case of an issue. Upon receiving my order confirmation, I noticed in in tiny fine print at the bottom that returns or exchanges are not allowed at all for Massage Chairs. Concerned by this blatant false advertising, I researched reviews and learned that dozens of people have had issues with false exchange/return policies and inability to get refunds that were promised. Concerned by this I immediately contacted them for a refund as they clearly advertise a 48 hour period of free cancelation. I spoke to Julie and was told the request would be sent to a Manager who would contact me the next day. When this did not happen, I called back and spoke to the Manager Emily. She confirmed that I was within the 48 hour cancelation period and would receive a full refund with no fees or penalties. She said I would receive my cancelation email and refund in 1-3 days. When this time passed with nothing received, I reached emailed & received a response “Let me look into this”. No further response was ever received. I called and Emily told me again she is following up on it & I'd have my confirmation email & refund within 24 hours. Later that day I received a call from another manager asking if I would “reconsider my cancelation”. After being told a week ago that my order was already canceled, this indicates that it was not processed. When I mentioned this, he said he would “follow up on it and get back”. Never happened. When I called the next morning Julie advised me that Emily and all other Managers were busy but Emily would provide my refund and contact me by end of day. This time has passed and I haven't received anything. A full week has passed, I have not received a cancelation confirmation email nor have I received my $3000 refund. Deplorable, unethical, and dishonest behavior from this company.

An agency representative of Mr. purchased a mattress from Sleep Galleria, order number *** on July 10th. The company failed to provide the purchased mattress, but fully charged this disabled persons account. They offered to provide a substitute for what was purchased, however this was not acceptable as he needed the particular mattress purchased. We have made numerous calls, sent numerous emails for a refund however the refund has not commenced. I am asking the assistance of the the complaintsboard.com in obtaining a credit to this individuals account so that he can move forward and buy the needed mattress from another vendor. This agency is openly exploiting and individual with a disability and it if very unfortunate.

It was much too aggressive (to the point of causing severe pain) and could not be changed. I contacted the store ( x4) from which it was bought and the importer for warrenty. Sleep Galleria Continusly agreed to resolve the problem but never followed through, even tho there seemed to be a problem finding the records of my complaints. Lastly I ask for a fefund. Was denied. It boils down to the store stalling me until it was out of warranty. The chair is a Cozia CZ715 which was paid $6499.00

I have purchased a massaging chair for sleep galeria in 6/18 for close to $1000. I was sold a 5 years protection plan through Gaurdsman. In November my chair started making weird noise and it seems like something broke. I have spoken to guardsman and filed a claim and they have sent a technician to look at it and was informed that its no repairable. I have contacted them as well as the manager from sleep galeria to resolve this issue. I have asked that if they can take this chair back and give me something better because I bought this for my mom because of her health conditions and she hasnt been able to use is since November. Both business are keep promising me that we are working on my claim and I cant get them to come either fix it or replace. I really need help. Please reach out to me for any question.

This complaint is regarding a recliner chair that was ordered and has not been received. The sales order is #***. The order was placed on 11/18 and paid in full in the amount of $2,574.84. The terms of this sale were presented as a "fast ship" item, with the understanding that the chair was manufactured and in stock, with an expected arrival date of 01/05/2022, and at the latest, by the end of January. When the expected arrival date passed, I began trying to contact the employee who completed the sale, which resulted in a series of unreturned phone calls and delayed replies to emails. An email was sent on 02/04/022, which was answered with an "expected" arrival date at a CA port of 03/14/2022. A reply to that email was sent on 02/08/2022, asking for specific information, such as a tracking number. No communication has been received from the employee since 02/04/2022. When the 03/14/2022 "expected" arrival date passed, I sent an email through the Complaintsboard.com's email contact, on 03/15/2022, assuming it was the owner's, explained the problem, and asked for a refund. As of today, 04/01/2022, no communication has been received, and I have sent another email via the Complaintsboard.com's email contact, again asking for a refund. I have no confidence that the owner will respond to my request, and am asking for Complaintsboard.com's assistance in resolving this problem.

I ordered a mattress on 3/24/2022. It was supposed to be delivered between 3/28 and 4/7, however Sleep Galleria can't give me an answer as to where the mattress is. They keep telling me it's at their white glove facility, and I will get a call from them to set up delivery. I have yet to get a call. The tracking number they gave me leads nowhere so you can't learn anything from it. I called to get my money back on 4/27/2022 because I can't get a solid answer as to where my mattress is, and they told me I couldn't get my money back due to the mattress being in transit. However, they can't even locate where the mattress is currently. I have called numerous times, every time Sleep Galleria tells me they will call me back and I have yet to receive a phone call. Just frustrated with the lack of help, I would like a full refund ASAP.

This company charged me for a mattress topper purchased from their online store back on October 24. I gave them a very long time and finally called and they said to wait a few more weeks. I calledagain and the sales rep offered a different product as a substitute that I declined. I asked for a refund again and was told it would be put under review. Luckily I purchased with Paypal and have a case open right now. This company is taking people's money and not delivering merchandise and then not giving a return. They took $279 from me.

About a year ago, I purchased a Box Spring and Mattress from Sleep Galleria. A few weeks ago, the box spring broke. I have made several attempts to contact the store and corporate regarding by deflective box spring starting on June 24th. These have been via several phone calls, chats, and emails. I have emails from sleep galleria indicating that someone will be contacting me, but no one wants to contact me and assist with the defective box spring that broke.

The order included Nationwide White *** Delivery and Setup.I expected delivery before Christmas, but it never came. I got in touch with Sleep Galleria Support and they just referred me to some delivery company (CRST Home Express / *** It's pretty much impossible to get in touch with the delivery company. They never pick up their phone. I finally talked to somebody there one day and they supposedly scheduled a delivery. When the delivery guy came (early Jan), however, he said he couldn't get the chair in without help from more guys, and they would come back the week after.Nobody came back, nobody called, texted, or emailed me, and if I reach back out to Sleep Galleria support, they just apologize for the delays and say they will look into it. I've requested a refund twice now from Sleep Galleria.

When chair finally arrived on or about 6/1, it had an incorrect round base instead of the star base that we ordered. After communicating with the sales person Wade Marsil they refused to take the chair and refund our cost, even though it was not what we ordered. We suggested that they could place it in their showroom and re-sell it as a demo. Mr. Marsil refused to do so. Mr. Marsil then contacted their supplier and arranged for the correct base to be made and shipped. That was on 7/7. On 7/28 the supplier notified Mr. Marsil that the plant in Viet Nam was going to be shut down for "2 weeks" due to COVID 19 concerns. They did not offer any information about when the replacement base might be put into production. We advised Mr. Marsil that this was unacceptable and asked once again for a credit/return of our money. Mr. Marsil did not respond to our email.

Total price including warranty $4800.43 We were advised that chair would not be available in original color so we changed color choice. Then on February 27 we were told chair is not available but they would upgrade to better chair, no charge. That chair was delivered middle of March but DID NOT WORK UPON DELIVERY. Called Sleep Galleria immediately. They sent delivery men back (not repairmen) with NO tools and did nothing to the chair. We called Sleep Galleria again and asked that we simply get the chair we ORIGINALLY ORDERED. On March 16 they agreed to pick up the delivered (nonworking) chair and deliver our original chair on April 23 (invoice attached.) As of May 4 we have not received our chair. We have asked for a refund but they have a no refund policy on massage chair purchases. We have called several times to resolve but get no resolution.

After that, we made a complaint to Wade, & he connected us to an Osaki technician to check it. Wade even promised us that he could replace our broken chair with a new one. The techs saw that the motor was broken, so they ordered new parts. After the parts came, they replaced it but still something's wrong.The guy told me that he patched some cable, so I had to be careful when moving the chair.Then after that, we called Wade again since we were not happy with the result. It seems we bought the defected chair while we paid the new one for $3299. We asked about his promise, but he said he couldn't do that since the chair had already been fixed. We don't think it's fair for us that there is no solution at all from the store till today. I just want our chair to be replaced w/ a new chair b/c our chair is defected.

The warranty is fraudulent and does not exist because when the chair broke down they gave me the warranty number and the warranty people said they do not work with your partner with sleep galleria. Sleep galleria is doing fraud by taking warranty payments and not giving you a real warranty. The massage chair that I purchased has broke down twice. The first time a broke down seat galleria fixed it on their terms not the warranty the second time it broke down they said I had to go through the warranty. Sleep Galleria said at this point there is nothing they can do for me as the customer. I have a broken $1500 massage chair. I need a full refund of the money I have spent on this massage chair since the warranty I paid for is fake. I spoke with Brittney the manager at the Acworth location. She offered me a new chair or a full refund. I asked for the refund, but now she doesn't want to honor the refund.
