This is the SECOND time I have sent a request for this mattress failure. My name is James Gore. My residence is 2772 Inverloch Circle, Duluth, GA 30096

This mattress was purchased on October 8, 2022 from Sleep Galleria located in Johns Creek, GA. 30097 A copy of the Sales Invoice is attached to this complaint.
On or about July 2023, the mattress began showing failure by sinking to almost 1/2 of the total mattress depth when I sat on the edge to get into the bed. The failure continued to get worse until I could no longer sleep on the mattress. The mattress does not visibly show any caving without weight on it. I have attached a picture of the mattress so you can see the caving does not show without weight on it. The failure is on the right side from the top of the mattress from about one foot from the top of the bed. Currently when pushing on that area of the mattress you can hear the springs hitting each other.
We realized only nine months of service from this mattress since we purchasing. It has a 10 year warranty.
I discussed this situation with the store manager at Sleep Galleria and he thinks the mattress support foam has slipped out of place. The store manager's name is Trevor Grason. The Store's address is:

Desired outcome: A full refund would be the appropriate action since we only used this 10 yr warranty mattress for 9 months.
