Really not looking for to to resolve but wanted to file an experience and warn others about this company with nonexistent customer service. Delivered a chair November 21, set up not included which I did not know. Chair looked good, assembled the chair sat in it and almost fell. The base was cracked completely through, called them within an hour of receiving the chair and they would not talk to me. Was advised to go on website. Did that, filled out all forms and forwarded pictures and NOTHING. Emailed numerous times included my phone number each time and NOTHING, no acknowledgement of claim or emails. Last time I called I was on hold forever and then a recording came on that said they were too busy and said call back later and disconnected. Nothing happened until I contacted the manufacturer Palliser. After almost 3 months time it is fixed and the Canadian manufacturer was able to find a repairman and have it fixed in short order. Palliser is wonderful, Sleep Galleria is the worst company I have ever dealt with
Desired outcome: I would love an apology as well as a partial refund for time and unusable chair while they had my $$$
