On December 14 ordered a massage chair from Sleep Galeria online . They offered financing thru an online company "affirm" to which I applied and was given the financing. A few days later I was contacted by sleep galleria by phone and was informed the item was backordered for several months at which time they offered a different chair. The chair I was offered was supposed to be better and have more options at which I agreed . Here's the catch... a few days later I did the research on the substitute chair and found I DID NOT LIKE the chair or the options it offered compared to the chair I ordered originally. At this time I immediately emailed and called to cancel the order. (4 days from original order). Talking to them (***)they stated they would submit the request to the proper department. Next day and the day after no response. Again call(***) and email same results... now two weeks out the phone sales guy said they denied my cancelation and were forcing me to take the replacement chair they offered. By this time affirm had funded the loan on the order. After several attempts I contacted the finance company " affirm financial " and gave them all the information they would contact sleep galleria and get a return authorization. A few days go bye and I contact affirm again they say it's up to sleep galleria to issue a return and then they would cancel the loan. Now 3 and a half months later I have a 3300$ loan , no product recieved and a 900$ in payments in the rears. Nobody will help on Either side of this deal. I just want to cancel the order and have the loan canceled I don't want any product from sleep galleria after this ordeal . Just refund the $ they recieved from the affirm loan. Affirm states that they don't get paid till product is delivered. Still accruing charges at this point

My husband and I bought a mattress from Sleep Galleria at an undisclosed location. We were assured of a 90-day trial period to evaluate our satisfaction with the mattress, with the option to return it if dissatisfied. However, the fine print revealed that returns were not permitted, only exchanges. When we attempted to exchange it, we were informed of additional costs that would essentially double our initial payment. Our consultant failed to mention this during the purchase, only highlighting this detail when we read the contract's fine print. Feeling misled, we are now stuck with an expensive mattress that doesn't meet our needs due to my back sensitivity from a previous injury. The only viable solution seems to be a split mattress allowing individual adjustments. We want to warn others about the opaque policies of this business, which were not clearly communicated at the point of sale for such a high-value item. We urge the company to either amend its policies or provide full transparency to prevent future customer dissatisfaction.

I purchased 2 recliner chairs on 7/17 for $1,551.60 at their ***, *** store. Sales order #***. Sleep Galleria claimed they had 1 in stock. When delivered, it was a completely different model, so I rejected to receive it and the delivery person called the store and stated he picked up the wrong piece and brought the correct model, but soon to be discovered it was a floor/showroom sample I saw at the store, covering up and deceiving me as if it was the new chair. As expressed to ***, I would've offered to purchase the floor/showroom sample if they offered at the reasonable floor/showroom value, not at the new value. This is the only ethical thing to do. Fortunately, the salesperson had admitted to this at the store and promised to swap it when they receive the new chairs from the vendor via text message. I was given an estimated date of 9 as the latest delivery date. Again, no follow up, so I continued to call and visited the store and finally in August, they (*** and ***) confirmed the vendor updated them with an estimated receiving date of the 2 chairs to their Long Beach warehouse towards end of the month with estimated delivery, 1 in early September and 2nd piece towards mid September. Again, this never happened and no updates ever. I have continued to ask for cancellation since October, in person and via online support, but all they said was Sleep Galleria doesn't allow cancellations, even on non-delivered items. With no legal knowledge, I contacted all Government offices and recommended I reach out to the DA's office where they had recommended I file a dispute and then file a claim. I had submitted an official dispute to Sleep Galleria and *** Fargo who financed my purchases, but Sleep Galleria continued to lie to *** Fargo stating they delivered 1 of the chair, which was actually the floor/showroom sample and not responding to the dispute, despite all the supporting proof attached. No customers should go through this!

Lift Chair that I purchased from sleep galleria has stopped working
Lift Chair that I purchased from sleep galleria has stopped working. Store has been non responsive in regards to my warranty claim I purchased a power lift chair from sleep galleria Acworth in early September. Chair came with a 3 year warranty. When purchased, the warranty process was explained as being easy and fast. Chair stopped working completely out of the blue 3 weeks ago. When contacted concerning filing a claim, Britany a store associate told me that someone would have to come out and repair my chair or replace any damaged parts that fell under the warranty. This took two weeks. Upon arriving at my home, a delivery driver arrived to "troubleshoot" my chair. This consisted of him pressing two buttons on the chair power switch and saying it must have a short. I explained this as the problem two weeks prior when i called initially. I then asked how long it would take him to replace the switch and he informed me that he was just there to "troubleshoot". This was not what was explained to me when I called or when I purchased the chair. When asked how long it would take to get a replacement part, the driver shrugged his shoulders and said someone from the store would be in contact with me that same day. Having heard nothing, I called on that following Wednesday and spoke to Brittany again. When I explained why i was calling, Brittany asked me to send over photos so she could start my claim, i explained to her that i already had, 2-3 weeks ago. She attempted to hide this mistake and laugh it off, but I now believe that no claim was ever filed. Brittany communicated that I would hear from the store by Friday concerning when a replacement part would be sent to me. I have not heard from the store as of yet. As a morbidly obese man, I need this chair for my everyday functioning. I have not missed one payment and find it disappointing that all efforts are made to see a chair, but no efforts are made to stand behind the product. At this rate I would like to return the chair and have my agreement with sleep galleria terminated.

Was sent a broken item. Unusable and 2+ months later they dodge me and won't fix the issue On black Friday 2020 I bought a massage chair from Sleep galleria 3384 cobb pkwy nw #170, Acworth, GA 30101 When the chair arrived the boxes looked fine, I placed them aside until my husband could unpack and assemble it when he got back in state from work. On 01/02, when my husband returned we unpacked and found the item broken. The mechanism itself was broke it was not superficial damage. I immediately phoned and emailed the company and they stated they received my email with the pics of the broken item and undamaged box, and forwarded to their manufacturer. It is now 1/30 and several phone calls from myself and my husband, and emails to resolve the issue has yielded zero results. The last time my husband contacted them the rep stated he would cc me into an email with the manufacturer. The emails involved: ***@sleepgalleria.com ***@realrelaxmassage.com ***.***@sleepgalleria .com That happened on 01/02 and to this writing we still have received no response. I paid over $800 for a massage chair that is completely useless. I reacted in such a way as to give the company my good faith that they would resolve this. I 100% feel this company is trying to ignore me until I go away. That is not happening. My husband even offered if they just sent the inside part he will figure out how to replace it himself and send the broken part back. We are not being unreasonable in our expectation to get what we pay for. I am asking the Complaintsboard.com and the attorney general of South Dakota to step in to help resolve this. Companies have a responsibility and duty to resolve these issues. They can't legally take money from someone and give them a defective, unusable product and then expect them to shut up and go away. Goodwill is real. It may be an intangible asset but making angry customer's flies against the company's moral and legal responsibility to create and maintain a business as a going concern and sleep galleria fails to do so. I want the part or I want a replacement chair or I want my money including shipping and taxes returned, and it's been over two months so I want this resolved immediately.

I ordered my mattress on January 2nd, expecting it to arrive between January 3-5. It is now January 19th and I still don’t have it. Sleep Galleria cannot give me a delivery date nor can they tell me why it has been delayed. They will not allow me to cancel my order or refund me my money. I will never shop with this company again.
Bot chair for $2800. And never received and told me they could not refund my money until April but never got back with me.
I ordered a mattress on july 30,2023 (order number 20176) and didnt hear any thing about delivery till 18 august and as i result asked them to cancel my order and refund my money
on 18 i was told my order cancellation has been sent to escalation department
its more than a week and havent heard anything about the cancellation or refund.
