This Sealy Posturepedic Plus Mattress was purchased on October 8, 2022 from Sleep Gallery Johns Creek, located at 11720 Medlock Bridge Rd. - Johns Creel, GA 30097. Copy of Sales Invoice is attached for your review.
On or about July 2023, the mattress began showing failure by sinking to almost half the total depth of the mattress when I sat on the edge getting into bed. The failure continued to get worse until I could no longer sleep on the mattress. I tried for several weeks to find how to claim failure through Sealy but their website led me nowhere to do so.
I finally contacted Sleep Galleria to see if they would help. I talked to the store manager Trevor about the problem and he said it sounds like the support foam has slipped within the mattress.
The mattress does not visibly show any caving without weight on it. I have attached a picture of the mattress taken two days ago and you can see there is no evidence of caving. The failure is on the right side from the top of the mattress from about one foot to 3 feet and into the mattress from the edge by at least 2 feet.
Desired outcome: I would expect full refund of our purchase price since it is clearly a defect in construction, failing within a few months of use.
