Sleep Galleria review: Re: sleep galleria order #20377 never received all of order

Re: Sleep Galleria order #20377 and was financed by Affirm Credit. I ordered 2 sets of mattress/foundations on August the 8th, 2023, with a promised delivery of the 18th-25th of that same month. RXO trucking finally delivered the first set in late August after changing delivery dates a few times? When I Called Sleep Galleria about it, and RXO Trucking in Little Rock, they told me to expect it the next week. Then they said they didn't have the second set, then they kept changing the delivery dates until the said Sept. 7th! I cancelled the second set, told Sleep Galleria about the problem and expected a refund. Since then, I've called all three firms, emailed, begged and pleaded, with NO REFUND!

At this point after exhausting all efforts, I told Affirm that I will pay for the first set on the order but will not pay for something I never received (I had to purchase another set to move into my new home, locally, at more expense). The runaround on these companies is unbelievable, but I hold the money.
