Sleep Galleria review: Nordic FS 83 High Back Sofa or Loveseat that was not delivered

I placed the order on September 2,2023. Order was suppose to be delivered between October - November 2023. When I haven't heard from them on the end of the estimated delivery timeI emailed them and was told that it will take little longer than anticipated. I waited and then Calle them in January 3 times, I emailed them 4 times and II just got answer that someone will call me later but no-one did.

I elide them again that I want the refund but no answer what so ever. I am including the original purchase confirmation that I paid in full the day I place the order and the email that told me to wait. Payment was made true Amazon pay with guarantee but when I contacted them they told me that the cut off period for the refund is 3 months.

I really don't know what to do. I don't understand how come that these kind of company can be allowed to do business in USA.Shopping cart
