I play DDC about 4 hours a day at least and my Diamond Club status is Pink. I play only slot machine. I notice that I advance only 12 points a day even if I play for 4 hours. At this rate, how old I'm gonna be to reach 10, 000? Don't you think it's a little too slow. Could it be a little faster? The speed right now makes no sense. I think I'm in the Pink stage for over a year and I didn't reach the 2000 yet.

I've been on level 16 for about two year's. I was promised 17 million chips when hitting level 17. Two year's is a long time. Also I've played for about 5 year's. And now the winning's don't match what the bet's are suppose to be. In order to win anything, you must have millions of chip's. What happened to just playing normal 10 grand bet's and winning. Hey DD ... what's going on? You changed things recently and I lost my advancement on Harley game. Submitted report, but never a response. Today I "collected" a free spin from a friend, got the $1million, but screen went dark and when reset I was not credited the million.
Also, the amount of chips I have is not changing in the top field (only at bottom). Things are wonky and just want to know when it will all be back to normal. I play everyday and really enjoy your site.

I just got home a few days ago from a double bypass & replacement of main valve to my heart. The only thing I can do is be in bed & play your Casino games, well I love DaVinci Diamonds I love the game, ever since I've been home from the hospital the game has either froze during playing, hesitates, cannot win @ all, I lose all my chips w/in a few minutes. I know you take care of your high rollers but you can't win anything & the fun is over before it even starts. Like today I no sooner started playing it was over but before that when I was almost out of chips a notice came up for me to buy chips 300million for $99.00 but it froze there & wouldn't let me do anything. For 3 months I am going to be laid up in bed, they had to use the paddles to bring me back & had to re-open me - it was another 2hrs of surgery - altogether it was 10 hrs, so I can't do anything else. Hi, I received an email that said I purchased coin for $48.99. I did not purchase that. I have purchased plenty in the passed bu usually the minimum amount. I would not purchase anything in that amount for I am unemployed at the moment. I haven't played since because I'm afraid there will be another mistake. I have been a loyal customer for several years and I am kindly asking for a refund.

As I do everyday, I log in to get my free points. I may or may not play right away... Depends on my plans for the day. A couple of days ago, I logged in, got my free spin, and played a few spins on pink diamond (because of the promotion); maybe a couple of spins on another slot, then logged off. My point balance was approx. $75+million. About 6+ hours later, I logged back in and noticed my balance was approx. $13+ million. So I "supposedly" lost $62 million points without even playing.

I contacted customer service by email and some joker claimed to have "thoroughly" reviewed my account and saw no irregularities. Then began to explain how the balances might not update right away due to "traffic". That has nothing to do about outright theft of points.

I've requested another review by a supervisor, but I don't expect a decent reply. I will be spreading the news through social media.

The site is a pedator. They are great at the beginning. They let you win and you think this is great. They offer deals on there packages after they have wiped you out. They suck people in. I feel sorry for people who can't afford this. Someone has to stop this. Look at there records of complaints. It's not just me. Apple supports this because they bill and charge. Not right I speak for other players out there.

The bingo games have been lagging for aver 10 days. I have notified you on two occasions. Each time I get a robo response, with absolutely no indication that anyone has even looked at the game to see the problem. The responses imply that the only problem can be with my personal computer or internet connection. That is not the case, because the chat lines reveal that it is a problem for every single player. Today, not only did the game perform in its usual lagging manner, but added insult to injury by bumping me off and eating my coins in the process. Techs should be checking the site, noting the problems, then resolving them. This lagging problem has happened several times during the past year, and so, should have been a problem that was resolved or continually monitored. Shame on you.

I have been playing this game for many many years and I have spent more money BUYING chips than I will admit. I have come to the conclusion that this game is rigged, no longer fun, and lining some business owners pockets. I have spent my last dollar and I am removing this game from all my devices. Every day I spin for free chips, but it always begins at one. Never gives me credit for consecutive days played. Right now all my other games give me credit for 21 days in a row.
