explanation
I am the owner and First off let me start by saying I have no idea who this person is? I have tried to reach them thru this blog by private message to explain to me who they are and which puppy they purchased from me? When i ship a puppy I do not charge for a certain size crate nor do i give my clients and option on crate size. I can only use the crates that are airlines approved. The crates are examined by the airline personnel and must meet their requirements as there is limited space on the plane. The crates are big enough for the dog to sit or stand without touching their head and can turn around. They are not however designed to be used at home while crate training. I do remove dew claws but they can grow back. I am not sure if that is the case here. If so i was not aware of that. My pups do not have anxiety. You can watch my videos that i have posted on my website and clearly see that. A puppy will be scared and will be stressed during the transition period of arriving at a new home. This can take a few weeks for them to settle in. When a puppy flies they are confined to a crate for several ours they can and often do use the bathroom in the crate. So if she chose to have her puppy flown to her I am sure he or she did arrive with a bad odor. I am sure he or she was anxious and I am sure the crate the puppy was flown in was not large enough to use as a training crate not what they were designed for. If whoever wrote this would contact me and allow me to discuss this matter I would be much appreciated. I have never sent the wrong puppy to a client. I am not in the business of doing that and if that were the case why would you not have contacted me immediately upon the puppies arrival. I would think that if anyone purchase a particular puppy and received a puppy that was not the one they purchased they would have contacted me immediately.
Do not trust this 'breeder'
I am currently in the market for a Havanese. I ran across the 'breeder' and the website Down South Havanese and Bichon Frise. I've been told to ask the seller to please take a current picture with the puppy I'm interested in buying along with a piece of paper that has my name on it, in order to show that the breeder has the pup in close proximity and to see...

You lied to us. You said you don't breed other dogs. I Googled you after you said our receipt would be showing something Silks. You lied and took advantage of us. You Melissa were all sweet onthe phone before our purchase then...you were short with us. I asked you REPEATEDLY if you bred other dogs. You said NO. Then I Find all these complaints of hurt people. It WAS very Important I didn't support PUPPY MILLS and you Sucked us in and Iied! We are so hurt. No need to respond You seem to have an answer to everything. For someone who Is supposed to protect the dogs- you miss are living high on the hog.
OH- for someone who told us you only have 3 or 4 litters a year...ANOTHER LIE. Poor animals_ Lord only knows Whats goingon at Your COMPOUND- Thats BULL hiding your home- Stories of people bringing diseases in to your home - You mean Your puppy miLL. I'd be worried too...
I wish you could be investigated.
You are a sheep In wolves clothing. How DO YOU sleep at night. And involve Your kids to this also? I love our dog but I feel SICK you lied to us. Makes me SICK and feel like a FOOL
OH- Iam not submitting my real name - because I
am ashamed! This went against everything we believe. I should have known or listened to my heart when you wanted to meet in a gas station? Ive had Full breed dogs before for show- they never had an issue with meeting at their home. EVER
I advertise my pups openly. I have facebook pages and websites. I advertise the dogs I sell. Why and how could I lie about that when I am advertising my pups. I cannot address this because I do not know who this person is. If he or she would contact me directly I will be more than willing and happy to clear up any misunderstanding. This person does not want to leave her name. I clearly state on my website that I do not meet clients at my home where me and my family live. Does anyone go to the home of the owner of the business you are dealing with. No for gosh sake. I do not know who is wanting to come up into my home and why would you. I am happy to provide photos of the moms and dads to my pups. I have a lot of people contact me about my pups. Yes I will hide and protect my home and my family as much as I possibly can.. Just her statement alone "thats bull hiding you home" is a little unstable in my eyes.. That is my policy and it is clearly stated on my website and will be clearly explained if you ask. If you are not comfortable with that then look somewhere else but please refrain from drawing your own conclusions and then posting them as if you have first hand knowledge of how I care and provide for my dogs. This person has never been to my home. It is common practice now days for breeders not to allow strangers onto there property..
Depending upon the breed you are inquiring about yes I may only have 3 or 4 litters a year. If this person actually purchased her pup from me then she misunderstood. I was possibly referencing the breed this person was interested in. This person drew her own conclusions she was not lied to. Now he or she is upset and trying to get others to draw the same conclusions as well. Unless I had first hand knowledge of what I was talking about I would never call people names and make accusations. Living high on the hog. What the heck. He or she has no idea how I live. Again talk from someone who does not know me. Never been to my home but has all kinds of observations. My family and I work hard with our pups. My kids have a hand in caring for the dogs and also in the business side of what we do. So her comment about my kids is another strange thing to say. We instill a work ethic in our children. It is what is missing in the young generation of today and it will be what brings this country to its knees. Sorry got off of the topic at hand. If you are interested in my pups and the breeds that I offer please let me know. I am glad she loves her puppy. I would imagine that would be difficult for a pup coming out of a puppymill. In my eyes how the dogs are cared for and your breeding standards is what defines a puppymill not if you breed more than one breed. I guess you cannot have more than one make of car or more than one brand of shoes. I could go on and on...Anyway I apologize if this person felt betrayed that was not my intention in the least. I am a breeder and I advertise and sell my dogs online so hiding and lieing about what I do goes against what I am actually trying to do..get advertising exposure so I can offer beautiful pups to pre-screened families.
