Dr. Leonard's Ordered clock from catalog but never received it.

Ordered Atomic Analog Wall Clock, catalog item number 120855 on April 4, 2023. Sent check for this item. Have not received the clock nor have I received any correspondence concerning this item. Apparently, calling the listed phone number just puts you into a time limbo. They claim to be organizing and ask to have me call back next week. Problem is, this message has been on the answering machine for at least a couple month now.

Desired outcome: Deliver item that I paid for or send me a refund of $39.99

Dr. Leonard's Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Experience with Dr. Leonard's - Zero Out of Five Rating

I recently ordered an item from Dr. Leonard's website (drleonards.com) on May 26th. The item was in stock and I was excited to receive it. However, when I checked the tracking information on May 27th, it showed that the package had not been delivered for shipment to McDonough, GA, which is only 15 miles from my home. I was confused and frustrated, so I decided to contact customer service.

Unfortunately, the customer service experience was not pleasant. The representative I spoke with had a very thick accent and the noise in the background was so loud that I could barely hear her. She asked me for my order number three times, even though I provided it very slowly and clearly. It was a very incoherent conversation and I was left feeling even more frustrated than before.

To make matters worse, the offshore customer service agent told me that the package was on its way and that I should expect it in 7-10 days. This was unacceptable to me, as I had already been waiting for several days and the package was supposed to be shipped to a location only 15 miles away. I was very disappointed with the customer service experience and felt like I had wasted my time and money.

Overall, I would not recommend Dr. Leonard's to anyone. The customer service was terrible and the shipping experience was very frustrating. If I had known that I would have such a bad experience, I would have purchased the item on Amazon instead. In my opinion, Dr. Leonard's deserves a zero out of five rating for their poor service.

Dr. Leonard's Disappointing Experience with Dr. Leonard's: Poor Communication and Unfulfilled Order

I recently ordered the Elite Ear Sound Amplifier from Dr. Leonard's website, drleonards.com. I sent a check in full payment for the item, but unfortunately, I never received any confirmation or order number from them. I was left in the dark about the status of my order.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to call their customer service hotline at 1-800#. However, the man who answered the phone spoke in such poor English that I couldn't understand a word he said. It was a struggle to communicate with him, and I felt like I was getting nowhere.

Determined to get some answers, I turned to their live chat support. It took them a while to locate my order, but eventually, they informed me that the item I ordered was no longer available. I was shocked to hear this, especially since they had already cashed my check without informing me of any issues.

Thankfully, a kind lady named Linda assured me that I would receive a refund within 10 business days. I'm still waiting for my money back, but I'll update this review in two weeks if I don't receive it. However, I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed with Dr. Leonard's and their lack of communication. I won't be ordering from them again.

Dr. Leonard's Dr. Leonard's Website is a Total Rip-Off: A Warning to All Buyers

Dr. Leonard's website, drleonards.com, is a total rip-off! They lure you in with the promise of "FREE SHIPPING" in their "Perks" program, but it's nothing more than a SCAM. I mean, seriously, who falls for that? I sure did, and I regret it. If I could give them a negative 10-star review, I would!

Their overall rating is only 1.5 stars, and there's a good reason for that. They knowingly rip people off. Their "support" is located overseas, and they have trouble speaking English. It's frustrating to try to communicate with them. And when you try to get off their scam list, they tell you to call another number, which means waiting for another 25 minutes just to speak to someone else.

It's a total RIP OFF and a SCAM. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them. They have a "Perks" program that supposedly saves you 10%, but it's just another way for them to charge you $14.95 a month. Don't fall for it! BUYER BEWARE!

Dr. Leonard's Poor Customer Service Experience with Dr. Leonard's: Delayed Return Label and Long Wait Time on Hold

So, I got this thing for my mom from Dr. Leonard's, but it wasn't quite right, so I needed to return it. The invoice said to peel off the return label on the back, but there wasn't one there. I called them up and had to wait on hold for like 20 minutes before I finally got to talk to a guy. He took down all my info and said to check my email in the next hour or so for the return label. I waited and waited, but no email came. So, I called back and this time I got a lady who checked on everything and told me it could take 24-48 hours to get the email. I mean, seriously? That's just ridiculous. I'm really disappointed in this company's customer service. My mom always buys stuff from them, but I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Dr. Leonard's Disappointing Experience with Dr. Leonard's: Unwanted Membership & Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Dr. Leonard's and I must say that I am quite pleased with the items I received. However, I did notice that they continued to charge me even after I had paid in full. It turns out that this was for some kind of membership program that I never even signed up for. I was assured that the membership had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund. While I did receive a refund, it was not for the correct amount.

Since then, I have been getting the runaround from different departments, each telling me that I need to speak to the other. This is incredibly frustrating and I feel like I am being given the runaround. I have decided that I will never order from this company again and I plan on telling everyone I know about my experience.

It's ridiculous that this review is asking me to rate them. I choose to give them no stars at all. However, it seems that the system won't allow me to do that. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Leonard's and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Leonard's Dr. Leonard's: Poor Quality Products and Dishonest Customer Service

I recently made a purchase at Dr. Leonard's website, drleonards.com, for two dog gates. The price was 76,00 bucks, which I thought was a fair deal. However, when I went back to buy another gate before receiving my first shipment, I found out that the item was no longer available. To make matters worse, all the reviews were negative, with everyone saying that the gates were a piece of junk!

Feeling disappointed and frustrated, I decided to call customer service to see if I could return the gates once I received them. I was told to write NRP on the top right corner of the return label, which supposedly meant "NO RETURN POSTAGE needed." However, when I went to the post office, they laughed at me and said that wasn't a valid way to return a package.

I called customer service again, and this time, I was told that I needed to pay for the return postage myself. They promised to reimburse me the $54.00 fee, but I was skeptical. Unfortunately, my doubts were confirmed when I received my refund and saw that they had only refunded me $22.00! I felt cheated and scammed by these crooks.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Leonard's was a complete disaster. Not only did I receive a product that was of poor quality, but their customer service was unhelpful and dishonest. I would not recommend this website to anyone and will never shop there again.

Dr. Leonard's Disappointing Online Shopping Experience with Dr. Leonard's: Issues with Credit Plan and Ordering Process

So, I got this book from Dr. Leonard's and I gotta say, I was pretty excited to check it out. But when I tried to order it online, I ran into some issues. I had pre-approved credit through Shop Now Pay Later, which is the same credit I have with the Carol Wright catalogue. But when I went to pay, the credit plan wasn't an option. So I called the number on the website and boy, was that a hassle. They told me I had to place my order by phone if I wanted to use the credit plan. And if I wanted free shipping, my ebates rewards, and the 10% discount, I had to use a credit card. What a bummer.

I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I mean, they lost a $50 order because of this. And honestly, I don't think I'll be giving them a second chance. I can get the same stuff from Carol Wright, and I don't have to deal with all this nonsense. I'll just wait for them to offer free shipping again.

Overall, I think Dr. Leonard's needs to get their act together. It shouldn't be this difficult to order something online. And if they want to keep customers, they need to make it easier to use their credit plans. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make some changes.

Dr. Leonard's Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Order: My Disappointing Experience with Dr. Leonard's

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Dr. Leonard's. I ordered a few things from their catalog, and one of the items they sent me was totally wrong. I had ordered a cover for my recliner, but they sent me a cover for a regular old chair. When I called to try and sort it out, they were super rude to me. They kept telling me that I had ordered the wrong thing, even though I knew for sure that I hadn't. I tried to explain it to them, but they just wouldn't listen. They even said that there might have been a language barrier, which I thought was pretty insulting.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they were just as rude as the person I had talked to before. They said the same thing - that it was my fault and that I had ordered the wrong thing. I was so frustrated and angry that I just told them I was going to send everything back. I don't want to give my money to a company that treats their customers like that.

Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would. It's just not worth it to deal with people who are so disrespectful and dismissive. I'm really disappointed in Dr. Leonard's, and I won't be ordering from them again.

Dr. Leonard's Disappointing Experience with Dr. Leonard's: Poor Customer Service and Refund Issues

I bought some shoes from Dr. Leonard's website on October 31st, 2020. I was really excited to receive them, but when they arrived, I was disappointed to find out that they were not wide width shoes like I had ordered. I decided to return them, but unfortunately, I had to pay for the return postage myself because there was no return label provided. I ended up paying $25 for the shoes, plus postage and tax.

When I finally received my refund, I was shocked to see that I had only been refunded seven dollars! I immediately called the company to try and sort out the issue, but the customer service representative I spoke to was really snarky and unhelpful. I tried to remain calm and polite, but it was really frustrating to deal with someone who was so unprofessional.

The representative told me that my $25+ would be refunded back to my card within 7 to 10 business days, but I never saw a penny of it. I called back again to try and sort out the issue, but they refused to refund the amount I had paid. I explained that the $7 refund I had received only covered the postage, but the customer service representative just gave me the same "song and dance" as before.

I'm really disappointed with my experience with Dr. Leonard's and I don't think I'll ever do business with them again. It's frustrating to spend so much money on something that doesn't even fit properly, and then to have to deal with such unhelpful customer service representatives. I'll probably have to call back a third time and end up eating the cost, which is really frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend Dr. Leonard's to anyone looking for wide width shoes.

Dr. Leonard's This service is not free!

These people here claim they have free shipping and stuff but it's not true! After you make your order and give them money they will charge some additional fees for shipping, some priority service and other stuff. So in the end you'll pay quite an amount of money. Beware! I don't know why they hide this information. The worst part is that they have tons of hidden fees and you will found out about them only after placing an order. What a scam this Dr. Leonard's is! Avoid!

Dr. Leonard's Moderators didn't reply to emails

I read the book of the Dr. Coldwell and I went to the website www.drleonardcoldwell.com in order to leave the review about it. I tried to post my comments for several times but the website showed error all the time. I tried to reach the moderators, but these people simply ignored my emails and requests. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Dr. Leonard's Fraud

If you ever order anything online from Dr. Leonards.com be aware that they will illegally use your information gathered under the auspices of starting your online account with them to fraudulently enroll you in a membership with their sister company IC Freeshipping.com who will then charge your card $11.97 every month until you catch them. They will not even inform you of your membership so that you will never even make use of it even if you wanted to.

have not received the order. I have called and waited an 1hour on the phone to talk to someone but can't get a hold of anyone, checked to see if anyone was online and no was there. I want to cancel the order. but I can't. I order the keto gummies in Feb. And it is now may and have not received anything.
