We are very pleased with our recent purchase. We did not call on Drake first as they did not do the install on our aging system. I guess that company did not want our business. Did not ever return our calls. Drake went over and beyond as far as taking care of us and getting us by before our new install could take place. Very helpful and answered all our concerns. Everyone from our first meeting to the installers were top notch!

The initial appt was at our house. All choices and costs were given in writing. The price never varied. The Drake team always showed up for their appointments, they were courteous and answered all questions. The team never left a mess. Tom was over our new construction project and was very knowledgeable and patient when explaining anything we were not understanding. We were very satisfied with Tom and the team and highly recommend Drake Heating and Air.

Once again Drake service has come through in the clutch. My AC went out right at the end of my one warranty. I called early on Monday and yet that morning, They came out, found the problem quickly and went right to work. He fixed the problem and also was able to complete my annual checkup. I have been with Drake since 2008 now and they have always been very responsive and efficient. Their employees have always been courteous and respectful. Great service!

Drake Heating and Air went above and beyond to help me out when my AC quit working. The technician and office staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Once the part needed to fix my unit was in, work was completed in a timely manner, which I was thankful for due to the rising temperatures! This company knows how to treat their customers for a very satisfactory experience. I would highly recommend Drake for AC and heating needs, as well as their membership service!

Knowledgeable technician and thorough inspection of our furnace. TJ was great, I really appreciate how thoroughly he checked out the issue with our furnace. He didn't have to let us know that we could've potentially been fatally exposed to Co2 but he did, and now I feel more aware about our safety, and confident in our decision to replace the entire unit. He also went the extra mile to check with Synchrony and see if they would increase the amount we were approved for to finance the new furnace and ac unit. Thanks TJ!

Isiah Pritchard was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He installed a new furnace and ac unit in my home d/t the old ac unit finally bit the dust. He and his partner worked all day to remove the old and install the new very efficiently. Afterwards Isiah explained exactly what had been done and how things should work. I will highly recommend Drake Heating and Air and give them a big thumbs up. I apologize for not remembering the name of the man working with Isiah. He also was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your service.

Thank you Drake Heating & Air! You did a wonderful job and I couldn't be more pleased! I couldn't believe how nice everyone was, as nice as their messages, which was really nice to deal with. Makes me smile that they answer their phones that way! Everything was done to the tee and I appreciate the honesty and loyalty that Drake Heating & Air has to their customers. Drake Heating & Air installers Josh and Isaac are incredible at what they do. The professionalism, knowledge, and courteousness they brought to this job of installing our new AC/Furnace and tankless water heater was the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Drake Heating & Air! We have used them for the last 12 years and we will never leave them. And if I were you and need them, ask for either Josh or Isaac…. Or both of them if the job calls for it. I'm very cautious leaving feedback on the internet, but this is well worth my time to post the awesome job that they did. -Brett

My AC stopped working during a holiday weekend - I tried and left messages with several places over the course of a few days... expecting there to be a delay. I tried Drake - and not only was I able to talk to someone, but they had a tech sent out the next day. Arrived exactly on time - did not stay over the quoted time period. - Michael was friendly, efficient, and respectful. My AC unit needed more work than I initially thought it would... but Michael provided me several choices with different price tiers and financing options. Overall, making it easy and taking away some of the stress of new homeownership. Would definitely recommend.

We would definitely recommend Drake Heating and Air. We no more than called for an estimate and Anthony pulled into our driveway. He was very thorough and explained to us all that was needed as well as the cost. And the installation crew was able to start and complete the job in one day which was 4 or 5 days after the estimate. The installers worked very hard for 9 hours and the new heating and air system was installed and working wonderfully. There was one small sound problem the next morning and Anthony came that same day and fixed the problem. As I said, we would highly recommend Drake Heating and Air to family, friends, and neighbors.

Our technician from Drake heating and air was efficient friendly and after looking at the services we had signed up for determine that some of them could wait and we're not necessary at this time. I really appreciate the fact that they are not going to pressure sale anything that they do and will be honest and say nope this can wait let's do this in two years. Also they made sure that we knew that the service we had done would need maintenance every couple of years and said yeah most people do it this many years this is what we recommend just so that you know. I highly recommend Drake state heating and air to anyone who needs a new furnace or air conditioning or wants to have their current system checked.

We have been a customer of Drake for several years. Ordered a home generator in August . Drake was very good about keeping us informed about when it would be received by them because of the pandemic. We were notified that our home generator was here and scheduled installation in April,2021. The technicians, Chris and Isaiah, were professional and hard working. It was a challenging installations and they did an excellent job. They provided extensive information and directions for its operations. Also tested the system with a simulated power outage so we could experience the sound of the generator before an actual one. Thank you Drake for the peace of mind we now have after experiencing the Memorial Day tornado.

Mike came out to assess our air conditioning issues. He did a great job explaining every thing and did not feel like he was pressuring us into getting new equipment even though that's what we needed. (Our system was 20 years old and original to the house.) He came back and installed a window unit to help us until they could get our replacement installed. It was extremely hot so the window unit was so appreciated. Tom and Lee came to replace our heating and air. They were at our house promptly and went right to work, working all day in the blazing heat. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They provided amazing and courteous customer service. We really appreciated all they did and how well they accomplished it.

We had Drake Heating and Air come out and replace our furnace and AC unit and we got an amazing deal! Everyone from the sales rep to the installers were very professional and customer service friendly! We felt at ease and what started as a quote turned quickly into a sale! About 2 weeks after the install we were surprised by the best gift of chocolates (shaped like tools, a furnace and a thermostat) it definitely added a special touch and made us feel like valued customers! They worked well with our schedules and did an amazing job! The furnace and AC are beautiful but the service and kindness they provided meant even more! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade there HVAC systems in a heart beat! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your service!

Drake was able to get to me before others I called and since I had no A/C I needed the quickest service I could get. The salesman came as scheduled, was very polite and reasonably knowledgeable. Once we determined what was required, there was a wait to get appropriate parts. The installation was scheduled and the service techs arrived as set up. There were a couple of issues with the equipment originally contracted but that was solved satisfactorily and the original installation date was kept. Once the techs started there were a couple of issues as the work progressed and were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. (Not uncommon once work begins and unknown issues discovered.) Drake provided refund of monies where a part was not needed and one part had to be switched to a different that was lower in cost. The techs were very good and efficient in installing, They kept things neat and clean. I am very satisfied with all from the office staff,salesman, and installers. I gave a 4 star because I rarely give 5 stars until I have some time with the new product to see how well it works and how long it lasts. I would not hesitate to recommend Drake to others.

We recently replaced our furnace and air conditioner systems, and we couldn't be any happier with our service from Drake Heating & Air. We contacted several HVAC businesses for quotes and to see what our options were. Drake, by far, had the friendliest customer service department out of all of the businesses that we spoke to. The people that we spoke to on the phone were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made our appointment within a very reasonable timeframe, and the process of receiving a quote was very timely and easy. Steve came out to our house and went through the entire process with us. He answered all of our questions at the appointment, and when I had further questions, he spent time speaking with me over the phone and made sure that we had all of our questions answered. They scheduled our furnace and air conditioner replacement quickly, and the work performed went exactly as they explained it would. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgable. They showed up first thing in the morning and worked throughout the entire day without any delays. They were very respectful of our house and left it at the end of the day as clean as it was when they arrived. Tom explained each day what was going to be accomplished and answered any questions that we had. He was very professional and friendly, and he made sure that we were satisfied with their work before they left for the day. Drake Heating and Air was a pleasure to work with, and they have earned all of our future business.
