Dream Products review: Massaging comfort slides

Hello. I have been wearing your “comfort slides” for several years.

They used to be more cushiony and consistent.

I started ordering them in multiples of 4 because they didn’t last as long but also because several times, one shoe would be way wider than the other so I had to

order several to get a good pair.

The quality of this product has drastically declined from the time I started using them.

You can see this in my order history.

I ordered 4 pairs of size 7’s and was wearing a brand new pair and walked outside. The right shoe was so much bigger that it folded under itself causing me to fall.

I landed on my right hip and elbow.

My phone was in my right rear pocket. It was in perfect working order before the fall when it was shattered.

I sprained my big toe and ripped my fascia.

I have constant pain in my right heel.

I had to buy a new phone.

I am 68 years old and have had 5 hip replacements - falling is terrifying. Luckily, my hip was ok but this damage to my foot is long lasting.

I live on social security and had no intention of getting a new phone! I can’t afford unexpected expenses - one of the reasons I buy these cheap shoes.

I am out $320.00 in phone trade in expenses and around $60.00 for 4 pairs of shoes that I’m scared to wear.

I’m not a litigious person and I will have to live with this constant foot pain from the fall but I feel you should reimburse me for the expenses I incurred

from your inferior shoes ($380.00)
