We purchased a vehicle from them and almost immediately we began having engine trouble. We took it in to the shop and they stated that we needed a motor. After a couple of months we got the motor placed but it was used and again almost instantly began having problems with that motor. We again brought it back to the shop and it has currently been there for over two months and silver rock who is the warranty company they work with is giving us the run around. They are blaming it on the parts department who does not want to back the motor that they sent and was clearly faulty. I have spoken with management, claims department and the customer resolutions team and still nothing being done to rectify the issue. I have tried reaching out to Drive time to see if they could help in any way (Several times) and the response I get is that this is the risk I took when I purchased the vehicle. I have tried to call Bridgecrest who is the finance company they use and they were unable to pause payments to help either. We pay our car payment monthly and between the payment and insurance we are throwing $800 a month away. Since we have purchased the car 11 months ago it has been in the shop 5.5 months of this time and no one seems to care or willing to help.
