I was basically ripped off from the drive time company for a car that hasn't worked since I purchased it. All phone calls I've been documented all information has been documented since day one. The car has had so many issues and has been in the shop more than I've had it and I purchased it only four and a half months ago. When calling a customer relations you can't really speak to anyone and relations doesn't have an answer for you except for "have a nice day" and that corporate doesn't talk to customers. So how is the customer supposed to get any type of satisfaction or help if no one will speak to them? The Carfax could not have been truthful because the car has had major issues from the transmission, to the fuel pump, two coils misfiring, two power steering pump to the keypad doesn't work. It's a lemon and they don't want to give me my money back and no trade in. This company definitely needs to take responsibility and someone should have them in litigation because this is a continuous problem.

If you are or have experienced problems with drive time credit corporation or have had problems with the former company known as "ugly duckling corporation " I need you to contact me immediately.
I will need your name, email, and/or phone number as well as, a detailed explanation of how you have been treated by this company, its staff. Was you vehicle repossessed or were you sold a lemon?
I and several other people are going to make every effort to close this company down as soon as possible. The more complaints the better the lawsuit will be.

I got a kia sorento 2017 GDI engine 2.4l that has a recall for the GDI engine and when i leased this kia i wasnt told about the recall and have a paper from drivetime showing there was no recalls and my kia is broke down now and i looked it up this recall was back in 2021 and wont do anything to fix this
I was sold a lemon, it had so many issues and then I found out through Nissan and Firestone that legally the vehicle could not pass state inspection due to improper gps installation which was causing battery drain. I have documentation and the complaint I filed with the DOJ - nothing was ever done and they wouldn’t resolve the issue or reimburse me the $4,000 in rental car fees for the months the vehicle spent in the shop due to issues it had starting the first week it was purchased. DT and the warranty company wouldn’t cover it and the car should not have been sold. Please add me as I have been wanting to take down DT and be compensated for all the expenses incurred due to their error and lies. clwood1988@gmail.com
