I purchased a Chevy Malibu 2019 from Drivetime on July 22,2023. The same night the engine light came on. I was told by the manager and sales person the warranty company will take care of it. I called the warranty company and was given several numbers to call from a list. I called and and also drove to several repair locations whom which no one wanted to deal with the warranty and kept sending me away.
So this issue never got resolved. A few weeks ago the touchscreen radio buttons stopped working. And the same thing was told the warranty company will take care of it. Again I’ve been giving the run around. Also just recently my on August 25,2023 I was driving and the traction light came on with a message that says service esc. The car started stalling and coming to a complete stop in the middle of traffic where I almost crashed several times with my kids in the car. I took the car back to drive time where I met a mechanic from their warranty company who told me the car has a recall and that’s the issue. I have to deal with the manufacturer. Also I was told they would waive the deductible for the diagnosis which was a lie. I keep getting harassed about the deductible. Any event I took the car to the Chevy dealer on 8/28/23 and had to leave the car for a complete diagnostic. So I’m without a car and can’t take my children to school. I received a call from Chevy and was told I have pay over $3100 for car repairs that has been denied by the warranty company silver Rock. So now I’m without a car for several days and the car is sitting at the dealer because I don’t have the money to pay for the repairs. Can someone please help or guide me in the right direction. Please and thanks
