I bought a car from Biener Ford on April 14th. Everything went well. They asked me for $200 to check my credit, which they said they would give back when I decided to buy the car. They told me the refund would be sent to my card in a few business days. But I never got the refund. It's been months and I've sent many emails and made many calls. The dealer keeps saying someone from accounting will call me back, but it never happens. They have acknowledged that I should get my $200 back, but they still haven't returned it.

This revealed that they charged me $1900 for a Royal theft system that I didn't ask for or have. When I asked about it, they sent me another receipt with a fake signature, claiming a fraudulent $1995 destination charge that they never mentioned to me. They also charged me $18,215 for a vehicle that was advertised for $17,495. They didn't honor the agreed price and added fake charges to get more money from me for the car.

Biener's had my car for a whole nine weeks now, and what was supposed to be a simple fix for a noisy sunroof has turned into a real nightmare. They won't give us a loaner and they've gone and admitted that they "dropped" somethin' into the engine, causin' it to seize up. I got that in writin'. This guy Lou D is the manager, and let me tell ya, he's real rude and obnoxious. He ain't helpin' with this problem at all. After nine weeks, he still can't fix the car and he's refusin' to make things right. He even said no to a loaner car.

Because of their inability to fix a car under full warranty, I've missed out on job opportunities during this pandemic. I got an extended warranty from the dealer and they said I could cancel it whenever. I even talked to the guy who sold me the car and he said the manager would call me back, but that hasn't happened. Now I'm just stuck on hold with no answers to my problems. I can't go there in person 'cause it's too far, otherwise I would. I just want the warranty canceled so I can move on with what I gotta do.

When I had a problem with my tire, I called Biener Ford to see if they could fix it. They said I could go to any Infiniti dealer and they would honor the warranty if it applied. So, I called Pepe Infiniti and they told me that I didn't have any warranty other than the factory one in their system. That's when I called Biener Ford to cancel the warranty contract. From March 24th to April 2nd, I left messages for Howie L and Ali at Biener Ford. I even talked to Howie Lien, who said he would check into it and get back to me. But I never got a call back. On April 2nd, I had to go to Biener Ford myself to have them look at and cancel the contract. People should know about this company's practices and lack of concern.

I had already been pre-approved by *** of America for a loan of $18,000 for 72 months at *** %. While I was at the dealership, the salesmen suggested that I fill out a credit application with them since they are part of the *** of America dealer network. That turned out to be a big mistake. When I went to pick up the car on Monday and meet with the finance manager, I noticed that my monthly payment had increased from around $280, as stated in my pre-approval, to $312. I asked the finance manager why my payment had gone up by $32 and he claimed that the *** loan officer hadn't included tax. That was a lie. What the finance manager did, which I find really terrible, is borrow more money on my behalf without informing me or discussing it with me. He either raised the car's price or added fake fees to make more money for the dealership. I talked to him about it and his story keeps changing. Now he's saying that there was a PDI and Title transfer fee totaling around $2000. None of these fees were ever mentioned or listed on any of my paperwork. I'm not talking to him anymore because everything he says is a lie. I just want the car to cost $16,990 as we agreed, with only legitimate fees added.
