Subaru of Moon Township On 8/28, I bought a Ford F150 from Subaru of Moon Township

On 8/28, I bought a Ford F150 from Subaru of Moon Township. The inspection sticker on the car said it was done in July . I drove the vehicle for around 6400 miles, with about 60% of that being on the highway. But in March , I started hearing a grinding noise coming from the brakes. So, on March 10, I took the car to my Ford Dealership, Woltz and Wind. They discovered that the brakes were completely worn out and needed to be replaced. It cost me $422. But when I reached out to Moon Subaru, they refused to take any responsibility and even suggested that the Ford dealer made a mistake in assessing the issue. Can you believe that? Metal on metal is a fact, not just an opinion. Brakes that are installed correctly shouldn't wear out after only 6400 miles. It's just ridiculous!

Subaru of Moon Township I bought a car in April from this dealership

I bought a car in April from this dealership. When I bought it, they had a special offer for services that were included, so I decided to get them. However, both times I tried to use the services, they couldn't complete any of them. I've been trying to reach out to their services and management for 4 weeks now, and 4 weeks ago they told me that they would refund the service package I bought because they didn't fulfill their part of the deal. But since then, I haven't received any refund, and no one has called me back. They even said they were working on resolving the issue and then abruptly ended the call. I've called multiple times this week, but even the managers of this dealership won't return my calls.

Subaru of Moon Township I got my car fixed on Monday, August 24th

I got my car fixed on Monday, August 24th. But when I drove it back home, my Bluetooth wasn't working right. I tried calling the service department at the dealership two days later, but I couldn't get through on the phone. The number on their website just keeps ringing and ringing. I even tried a local number, but no one answered. Finally, I managed to talk to a salesperson who said she would pass on my message to the service department. Later that day, when I still hadn't heard anything, I emailed customer service. They replied pretty quickly, asking which Day Apollo dealership I went to. I told them it was the Subaru dealer. Now, after 5 days, my car still has no sound even though the Bluetooth is connected.

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

This website offers payment methods that provide the option for customers to get their money back, which could be a positive indicator of the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While Subaru of Moon Township has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 8 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • Subarumoon.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The subarumoon.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
  • Subaru of Moon Township protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

Subaru of Moon Township I bought a car from this dealership

I bought a car from this dealership. After 2 weeks, the brakes started shaking whenever I braked. I called the dealership and they said the vehicle had new pads and rotors, and it's covered by the warranty. The salesman told me to take it to the Lexus dealer, but they said it wasn't covered. I asked if Subaru would fix it and honor the deal, but they said no. I had to pay an extra $330 to replace the rotors, and the dealer didn't do anything. I even asked if they would split the cost, but they said no. The car wasn't cleaned and there are marks on the interior that I mentioned to the salesman, but nothing was done. I feel like I got ripped off for a $40,000 car. I just want fairness.

Subaru of Moon Township On 4/13, I bought a car from this dealership and traded in my 2012 Honda Civic

On 4/13, I bought a car from this dealership and traded in my 2012 Honda Civic. They gave me $3000 for the trade-in, but I needed around $1400 from that to pay off the loan to First National Bank of Dennison in Ohio. It's been 6 weeks since the purchase and trade, and my bank still hasn't received payment for the traded vehicle, the 2012 Honda Civic. If First National doesn't get the full payment by 5/29, it will show up on my credit report. Subaru of Moon Township needs to take care of this before it becomes a legal problem. I want the money paid right away, and I also want confirmation that all the issues have been resolved. If my credit gets a late payment because of this, it will cause legal problems.

Subaru of Moon Township I called the dealership to check if the vehicle was still there

I called the dealership to check if the vehicle was still there. The salesperson assured me it was and we discussed the price, mileage, and type of vehicle. Later that day, I went to the dealership, took it for a test drive, and had everything worked out. We were ready to complete the transaction when the sales manager came in with bad news. They couldn't sell the vehicle for the advertised price because the mileage was lower than what was posted on their website and other sites. We were frustrated that they didn't fix the situation and instead offered a higher payment. They had raised the price by $8000 before we even left. It was a terrible experience, and I won't go back. They falsely advertised and didn't take responsibility. I hope something can be done because instead of paying $37,300, I could have paid over $45,000. Businesses should honor their advertising.

Subaru of Moon Township Me and my wife went to buy a car at Subaru of Moon Township

Me and my wife went to buy a car at Subaru of Moon Township. We found a car we liked and I gave the salesman a check for $4000. He said he spoke to the sales manager who agreed to give us another $4000 for my wife's car without even seeing it. We were told to bring the car the next day so they could finalize the deal and the manager could check it out. I mentioned that we had already agreed on the price without them seeing the car, but the salesman said the manager might offer more if he likes it. So the next day, the manager came out, looked at the car, asked me to rev the engine, and then went back inside. He came back later and offered me $3500 for the car. I reminded him that he had promised $4000 "sight unseen." But he said now that he's seen it, he's offering less. I asked him if he knew what "sight unseen" meant, and he said it meant one price before seeing it and a different price after seeing it. I know car dealers like to play games, but we had already cleaned out our car and spent a lot of time at the dealership over two days. I'm in a wheelchair and it was uncomfortable being in my wife's car without my wheelchair van because we were told we were approved for financing and to bring the car. We expected the dealership to keep their word on the trade-in value. I even had the salesman repeat it multiple times before we came back. But the sales manager, Brent Lepro, wouldn't give me back my check. He kept asking how close we could get to $4000. He offered to add $200 more to make it $3700, but as elderly people on social security, we couldn't afford the higher payments. We feel like we were lied to and taken advantage of by a dishonest sales manager who twists his words to benefit himself. That's how we see it.

Subaru of Moon Township My name is *** and I talked to Tricia at ComplaintsBoard.com

My name is *** and I talked to Tricia at ComplaintsBoard.com. She was really helpful and gave me a lot of information. I appreciate it!
So, I bought a car from Subaru of Moon Township. It's a Kia Sorento and the loan number is ***. The dealership is located at 5450 University BLVD Moon TWP PA 15108, and their phone number is . Let me tell you, it's been a disaster. I bought the car on 01/13/22, but it wasn't covered by a warranty because of its age and mileage. And guess what? The engine light came on within the first few weeks. I took it back to the dealership, hoping they would help me out since I just bought it. But they said they couldn't because there was no warranty and it's a Kia. They told me to go to Kia instead. I was like, "Hey, I bought it from you guys and you promised to help!" They just said Kia might have a warranty. So, I took it to Kia in Robinson around 01/27 or something, and I haven't seen the car since. Kia said there was a catastrophic engine failure.
Now, let me tell you about the two issues I have with Subaru of Moon Township. First, we're trying to unwind the car deal, but they're taking forever. I had to call the office of the president at Wellsfargo, who I have the loan with, multiple times before I started seeing any progress. I'm worried that time will run out or something will delay the unwind. Plus, we're getting close to late fees and maybe even credit reporting. They say they don't know what to do because I'm from out of state. I asked for the manager's manager or someone who knows what's going on, but they didn't have an answer. That's why I think they're stalling for something. Second, when Kia looked at the car, they said the lower ball joints are bad and loose in relation to the wheels. I asked if I could have caused this, but they said it's unlikely. They also said the dealership should have known about it because they replaced the struts and they look brand new.
If you need to reach me, you can email me at ***@***.com or call me at ***.
I want compensation because they ran my credit multiple times for this car purchase, and now I have to run it again for a new car. Plus, I just bought this car and I've already spent so much money on Uber and transportation for work and hygiene. This whole process has been a nightmare. I need help, and I don't want anyone else to go through this. The dealership should be better trained or not allowed to sell to out-of-state customers, especially college students like me.
