I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed that Drs Foster and Smith ain't around no more. I don't know what happened, but I gotta give them props for being a company that really cared about their customers. I've discovered that I can get my dog's heartworm medicine for less money from Foster and Smith than I can at my own vet's office, so I've been purchasing it from them for years. Terrible Customer Service Experience with Doctors Foster and Smith
So, I was trying to buy some stuff from Doctors Foster and Smith (drsfostersmith.com) on the late evening of July 3rd. But then I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the order. But guess what? There was no cancel order button to be found. So, I followed the instructions and sent a polite email to their support email asking them to cancel my order. But on July 4th (around noon), I received an email from them saying that they couldn't cancel the order because it was already shipped. What the heck? I contacted their chat support to ask for clarification because I knew that UPS doesn't ship on the 4th of July (holiday). But they just said "oh well UPS leaves trucks at our place and we fill them and your order is already on the truck". I mean, seriously? I could see that I was getting nowhere with them.
And then, just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I received another email from them saying that my order was just packaged and being shipped via USPS. Now, I am certain that USPS does NOT leave a vehicle parked at their warehouse. So, I sent another cancel email within 15 minutes of placing the order. But they simply do not want to cancel it. I think they either think I will just keep it or they just can't be bothered to stop the order.
I am so disappointed with their service. I mean, it was my fault for changing my mind, but I have NEVER had this kind of service from the big retailer that starts with an "A". Have a new puppy, pees on everything. Purchased pee stop and sprayed it around the house. after 45 seconds he peed on every spot I sprayed. Should be called pee start. Your bird suet is awful, they take a few pecks and never see them again. You need t o get responsible dealers! Not this imported [censor] who never saw a bird or puppy. I received chicken treats for my dogs that stated on the package "made in China". I intentionally googled "True Chews" which are American made chicken treats. This company's product appears under this nomenclature (True chews + American made). Therefore, I thought the chicken treats were made in America. Nowhere on their web page under these chicken treats did this company state that they were made "in China". Last but not least, their site clearly states that they pay for returns. It was a hassle and an argument but I had this company email me a return label. These chicken treats were sent back in their original packaging under UPS Ground # 1Z E15 A65 [protected]. According to UPS, the package was returned and delivered. It has been more than 3 weeks and still no refund. This is ridiculous. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered 6 feline vaccines from www.drsfostersmith.com and payed more than $30.00 for the delivery, expecting that for the amount thay were charging to send them to me the vaccines will arrive refrigerated, since this is a condition vaccines MUST be kept under, otherwise they don't work. Today I received them in a cardboard box, with 2 little bags of unfrozen gel and the vaccines were completely under room tamperature. I immediatelly called the customer service and they told me that the vaccines are fine. I assume that they believe that we are all ignorants and that we don't know about how delicate products vaccines are.
When I asked them about a solution they told me that I have to send the vaccines back to them and that they will send me "another" ones and that I have to pay for the delivery again, but that they will be sent under the same conditions, that they didn't have any special containers to send them in that will avoid the low temperature the vaccines need not to change.
I'm writting this to warn all the pet owners that are planning to buy vaccines from this store to think about it again, since the product (sent under that conditions) won't work, and the Foster and Smith store won't give you your money back. Thank you.

Just wanted to warn folks about imported rawhide that Foster & Smith are using. Although the rawhide page on their website states:
