Jeffers Jeffers customer service is outstanding

Jeffers customer service is outstanding. I had an unusual problem and they corrected the problem without hesitation. The representative was friendly and helpful and assisted me with great respect. In my opinion they are a top notch company who stand behind their products.

Jeffers Jeffers Pet Supplies: Good Deals and Happy Pups, but Watch Out for Shipping Costs

Jeffers is a pretty good website for pet stuff. They got some good sales going on, but the shipping can be a bit steep. My dog was super happy with the toys I got from them though. The Giggle Ball was a real crowd-pleaser. It kept my pup entertained for hours on end. Overall, I'd say Jeffers is a solid choice for pet owners looking for some new gear.

Jeffers Affordable and Quality Pet Products with Helpful Customer Reviews - My Experience with Jeffers

I've been shopping at Jeffers for a while now and I gotta say, I'm always impressed with the quality of their products. And the prices? They're pretty darn good too. I mean, I'm not made of money, so it's nice to find a place that doesn't break the bank.

One thing I really appreciate about Jeffers is the customer reviews. It's always helpful to see what other people think of a product before I buy it. Especially when it comes to my dogs. I want to make sure I'm getting them something they'll actually enjoy.

Speaking of my dogs, they absolutely love the squeaky toys from Jeffers. And at only $1 or $2, I don't mind buying them a few every now and then. Plus, it's always entertaining to watch them play with them.

But it's not just toys that I buy from Jeffers. I've also purchased a few dog sweaters from them and they've always been just as described. The sizing is easy to figure out too, which is a relief since I have both large and small dogs.

Overall, I'm really happy with my experiences shopping at Jeffers. The quality of their products is top-notch and the prices are affordable. Plus, the customer reviews are a huge help when it comes to making a decision. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Jeffers Mixed Experiences with Jeffers: Frustrating Shipping Delays and High Costs

I've ordered from Jeffers twice now, and I have to say, my experiences have been mixed. The first time I ordered, it took a whopping 6 weeks for my package to arrive. I was pretty frustrated, especially since I had to pay $39 for shipping. That's a lot of money to wait that long for my stuff!

But, I decided to give them another chance. I placed my order and they charged my card, but then they emailed me saying they needed to add an extra $62.10 for shipping. That's crazy! My order wasn't even $100, and they wanted to charge me over half of that just for shipping. I decided to cancel everything.

I'm not sure if I'll order from Jeffers again. The prices are decent, but the shipping charges are outrageous. And, the fact that it took so long for my first order to arrive was really frustrating. I might try them again in the future, but for now, I'll be looking elsewhere.

Jeffers Jeffers Pet Supply: Reliable, Affordable, and Customer-Focused

I've been a customer of Jeffers for more than 25 years now. Back in the day, I used to order by phone, but when they went online, I started ordering that way. And let me tell you, I've never been disappointed with any of their products or customer service in all those years. Their prices are always lower than those of pet stores, and I refuse to shop at any of them because I'm always disappointed in their customer service, lack of knowledge, and of course, pricing!

I've bought everything under the sun from Jeffers - toys, treats, collars, beds, medicine - you name it, I've bought it from them. One Christmas years ago, I forgot in the confusion to purchase puppy presents, and at the last minute, I put in an order that I wasn't sure would be delivered on time even with expedited delivery. But guess what? It was delivered with a day to spare! That's the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back.

This last Christmas, I needed two toys of the same color, and I knew that color wasn't a choice with this particular item. I asked, knowing it might not happen, but when I opened the box, there they were - both toys in the same color! That's the kind of attention to detail that sets Jeffers apart from the rest.

As a long-time customer, I will always use Jeffers Pet Supply. They've been there for me and my current and past Dobermans, and I know they'll be there for me in the future. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable, and customer-focused pet supply store, look no further than Jeffers!

Jeffers Disastrous Experience with Company's Shipping and Customer Service for Marek's Vaccine

I ain't one to leave bad reviews, but dang, this company really messed up. We ordered some Marek's vaccine for our baby chicks, which is super important 'cause Marek's is everywhere and can kill 'em. We paid for overnight shipping and even called to make sure it was in stock and would ship out that day. But when it didn't show up the next day, we checked and found out they shipped it UPS ground, which means it wasn't kept cold and was useless by the time it arrived. When we chatted with the company, they tried to blame us and said we chose ground shipping, but we had proof we paid for overnight. Finally, they admitted it was their mistake and said they'd refund our shipping. But they didn't follow up with us and the vaccine still didn't arrive the next day. We had to call again and found out it was shipping out that day and would arrive the day after. And to top it off, they charged us for shipping and some other fee, even though they said they'd refund it. This whole process was a huge headache and we'll never order from them again. It's a shame 'cause this was really important and they just didn't seem to care.

Jeffers I made a large online order on 03/27/2023

I made a large online order on 03/27/2023. I check the order status the night of 29th and it still says handling . Given past issues I've had with this company I will get into later I decided to call the next day to make sure everything was fine. I call at 3:05 pm EST to find out my order was never made, instead I'm told that they'll only take certified funds from my account I.e. money order or a check. I ask to speak to a manager since the operator couldn't tell me why that restriction In place, only to be told there weren't any available for the rest of the day. I decided to check with PayPal and they told me the invoice was paid normally and that there were no issues on my end. I decided to call back at 4:33 pm EST to no answer, their posted call hours are 8am to 5pm.Now background for the past issues I alluded to earlier. I have made 3 order now with this company the first went fine, the second was put on hold from an automated fraud alert and I took a 2 days for me to notice the email so by the time I responded t hat yes I made the order. I worried the items would not arrive in time I asked them to cancel the order and return my money. They said sure no problem then a week later the items arrived. I called them back and they say there was no cancelation also that the order was shipped the day I called so no It wasnt already in transit. The order did arrive late but I decided to keep it instead of dealing with the hassle and time waste of a return.In summery the first time I had an issue with this company they at least emailed me that there was an issue. This time If I hadn't call I wouldn't have know that a plan had occurred.
