So, I finally decided to call them up and ask what was going on. And guess what? They told me that they had already sent me an email the very next day after I placed my order. But, I swear I never received any email from them, not even in my spam folder.
As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to respond to customers' queries and concerns in a timely manner. If I don't hear back from someone within a day or two, I would definitely try again. But, it seems like Shoe Me doesn't care about their customers at all. They didn't even bother to follow up with me after I placed my order.

I am beyond frustrated with this company and am now at a loss of $400-$600 for these damn shoes. I can try and sell them, but I doubt I will have much luck since my feet are so small and most people aren't looking to buy shoes this expensive for such small feet. However, when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that the boots were not the right size. The box read size 8, but the boots themselves were size 6.5. Not only that, but they were also a much darker shade of brown than what was pictured on the website. I was pretty annoyed by this mistake, but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to return them since the site offers "simple" and free returns.
I emailed DSW Canada (dsw.ca) twice to let them know that I needed to return the boots, but I never received a reply.
