On Friday August 18, 2023 at 725pm, I went to the DTLR located in White Marsh Mall at 8200 Perry Hall Blvd Unit #2550, White Marsh MD, 21236. When I arrived at the store a female named Aniah was standing at the door with the door closed. I tried to open the door and she opened the door and stated that they were not letting anybody else in the store because they were short staffed. I then asked are you waiting until some customer come out before letting more people inside or are you closed for the night. She very rudely looked me up and down and in a very smart disrespectful manner said no, we are closed for the night and closed the door. I was upset with her attitude and walked away from the door. About 1 minute later I walked back up to the door and the same female (Aniah) was at the door and looked at me as I was speaking and turned her back and ignored me as I was asking for the corporate phone. She then opened the door and started yelling at me to go away the store was closed. I asked her for the corporate number again and she rudely said I don’t have it. I asked to speak to her manager and she continued yelling at me with nasty attitude. My wife then stepped in and said that she was being rude that’s not how to interact with customers at all. I continued to ask for the manager to come out as this employee continued to yelling and being very disrespectful to me, my wife and kids. The manager finally came out and asked what was wrong. I explained to her the situation that the store closes at 8pm and they were closing at 725 pm. I respectfully asked the employee for the phone number to corporate and she began being very rude. I am a loyal customer and spend a lot of money each time I shop at any DTLR. I do not like the way me and my family was treated on this visit. I was not able to shop at that store after leaving the store in Towson Mall because they did not have the items we were shopping for. I went all the way to White Marsh Mall to be treated like that and turned away. It is very disappointing that this employee walks around dealing with customers in that manner. I would like to hear feed back about this incident
Desired outcome: Employee should not deal with customers
