I called Eric (Customer Service Agent) on 7th January to apply for a cash loan of AED 10, 000 (CAS-13541-W2B8C2).
On 11th January, I again called him to request another AED 10, 000 cash loan. mean to say, i have request a total of AED 20, 000 cash loan.
However, I had received only AED 10, 000 on my DIB account. I waited for weeks hoping that another amount will be deposited to my account however, i received nothing. The customer service always promised that the amount is on process as there was a miscommunication from as they thought it was a duplicate request.
The worse part was that I always followed-up Eric and even met the other agent at their head office in Mirdif to follow-up on the same. However, i receive the same answer, "your request is on process".
I decided to cancel the AED 10, 000 amount as I was scared that it will be added to my statement. I will end up paying the installment for the second amount which I haven't received at all!
Indeed, the amount has been added to my February statement. So unfair that I am paying for the money which I did not receive at all! This is a crime!
I do not want to ruin my image with the Al Etihad Credit Bureau.
