this is Complaint of anti-trust/Federal Trade Commission Act violation by Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, Federal Employer Identification Numbers [protected],[protected] and [protected] not limited to; On 5 February 2024, after speaking with Duke Energy Company employees Lisa, Supervisor and Shaconna, manger/employee number 509822 the employee stated it is Duke policies not to provide service to a Trust in commerce, as this unfair deceptive practice is a direction violation of Federal Trade Commission Act code as 15 U.S.C.§§ 41-58 as well as deceptive practice to deny service to Convention association of Minister/religion organization;
Whereas, in accord (noun) with self-executing constitutional provision(s) Article I declares No State shall pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto law, as the employee could not show any law that prevents a Trust from establishing service within commerce, therefore Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC has created ex post facto law to not practice deceptive requirements but has made a Claim that their policy over-rules Federal, State Law as well as the Constitution for United States as such by Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC negligence of law has violated the contractual agree of Declarations and Reservations section of International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
