If you have an issue with your order, prepare to wait. I tried calling the company and was put on a hold estimated to be 88-92 minutes and just hung up. So, I emailed the company customer service email and was told that I would receive a response in 3-4 days. After a week, I called back and it told me to try the chat function, so I remained on hold and tried the chat, but it will disconnect if you don't type something in the chat. After about 20 minutes of trying to keep chat alive, I walked away from my computer for too long and it disconnected me. I was initially told the hold would last between 38-44 minutes, so I remained on hold after chat failed and waited. 52 minutes into the call, I finally spoke to someone who was as helpful as she could be. The items missing from my order were out of stock and she had to replace them with something else or refund me. I picked something in stock and the call was complete minutes later. I'm not sure why she seems to be the only employee that works in customer service, but they should hire another one just like her, maybe even two.
